Skip the hotel; stay in a home
If you have a family of seven or have a large group, my advice is to go with a home. Even though this location is in between Narita Airport and Tokyo, the 15-minute or so walk from the home to the Fusa train station is doable.
You just have to make sure with the train schedule that you are able to catch the last train back from Tokyo to Fusa at night.
Also, the two bikes provided for free are lifesavers, especially if you visit when it's cold. Be sure to take advantage of using them to get what you need from convenience stores or nearby restaurants.
I only gave three stars out of four for "accuracy of online listing" because I thought we would be able to access all of the rooms that were listed. One room we couldn't access; we thought two rooms had bunk-style beds, but we only found one.
Otherwise, the owner, Odaka, is awesome with communication. We were able to drink some miso soup that the owner provided for us or that was left over from the previous groups who had stayed when we checked in late at night, and that kept us nourished and warm.
Again, if you have a large group or a large family, choose this place to stay. Where else can you find TWO toilets (with heated seats and a bidet) and a separate room for a shower and bath tub?
