Situated in the peaceful village of Mavrikiano, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Elounda, this traditionally built house combine rustic features with luxurious features.
In the common open area there is an ample sized pool (SHARING pool with another Home) and a summer outdoor kitchen shared with the occupants of another house.
Available common parking space.
On arrival on the Main Square and Port of the main village of Elounda and at the far end you will see the Cathedral. Wait for us there and call the hotel keeper VANGELLIS who will collect you and show you the way.
The beach is 300 meters away, also the city of Elounda. Distance from Port, Commercial Center and Beaches 10/15 minutes easy walk.

Cretan Traditional Stone Home with Sea View
This Historical Home is located in Mavrikiano, overlooking the bay and seaside village of Elounda, just a 5-minute walk from the centre of Elounda.The following description is a first draft, which is still awaiting revision. Please contact our Customer Service if it contains any gaps.
The 1905 traditionally built stone house combines rustic features with luxurious features. Rebuilt in 1930 and again when it was bought by the well-known architect Theodosopulos in 1965, who restored it. The interior of the features exposed brickwork, wooden beams and elegant furniture, creating a warm and homely environment. It can accommodate up to 4 persons in 2 different areas. A/C included. Entering small courtyard with flowers. In the home dining area with table and kitchen with all utensils. Then the sitting area with fireplace and further the first bedroom with two single beds plus fireplace. Few stairs up and you are on the mezzanine floor and master bedroom with matrimonial bed. The door to the right leads you to the covered veranda with dining table to sit six adults and summer kitchen. Outstanding sea view, the port of Elounda and beaches.
The balcony has outstanding sea view, the port of Elounda and beaches with dining table and BBQ.
