Quoi de plus parfait? Nagez ou faites de la plongée dans la mer des Caraïbes juste devant la porte de derrière. Ou, si vous préférez, faites un plongeon dans la piscine d'eau douce. Encore trop d'effort? Une sieste dans le hamac entre les palmiers pourrait être exactement ce dont vous avez besoin.

Casa San Francisco est une villa récemment rénovée, chaleureuse et accueillante, qui ressemble à une maison. Couleurs et meubles magnifiques, océan magnifique, plage de sable blanc, intimité et piscine fabuleuse. Que pourrais-tu vouloir de plus?


Casa San Francisco est une villa de style "Hacienda" située sur la plage de sable blanc de la résidence, South Akumal. La villa est un mélange confortable et coloré d’art et d’artisanat du monde entier, niché au milieu de jardins tropicaux et d’une plage des Caraïbes. Son charme est complété par les balcons en fer forgé et les fontaines de la cour. "C'est tout simplement charmant", lit-on dans le livre d'or.



Casa San Francisco propose quatre chambres dans la villa principale, sur deux étages. L'étage principal comprend le salon et la salle à manger ouverts et une cuisine entièrement équipée. Du salon / salle à manger, vous pourrez profiter d'une vue complète sur les Caraïbes turquoise. Via des curseurs, vous accédez à la magnifique piscine et à son pont en calcaire bien meublé avec tables, chaises et transats au bord de la piscine. Il y a aussi quelques grands cocotiers le long de la plage, parfaits pour suspendre votre hamac.



Les chambres: À l'étage supérieur, trois chambres climatisées climatisées sont disponibles. La chambre principale avec vue sur l'océan est meublée avec le roi et dispose d'une salle de bain privée. Une autre jolie chambre d'amis est située à côté de la chambre principale avec la même vue magnifique sur l'océan, un lit king size et une salle de bains privative. Une troisième chambre d'amis à l'étage supérieur est meublée avec un lit king size et bénéficie également d'un plafond en dôme en brique élégant et d'une belle vue sur le jardin. La quatrième chambre est située au niveau principal avec vue sur le jardin. Cette spacieuse chambre avec salle de bains privative comprend deux lits jumeaux (un lit king-size) et un lit gigogne. Toutes les chambres avec salle de bains ont des douches et une vanité simple ou double, et il y a une salle de bain complète supplémentaire avec douche à l'étage principal avec douche accessible depuis le hall principal.



Si vous avez besoin de plus d’espace, Casa San Francisco comprend une jolie maison d’hôtes située à un étage supérieur de l’autre côté de la fontaine côté jardin. La maison d'hôtes est climatisée et dotée d'un lit queen-size, d'une salle de bains privative, de sa propre terrasse privée donnant sur la jungle et la cour, ainsi que d'une magnifique terrasse privée sur le toit, l'endroit idéal pour observer les étoiles la nuit.


Pour les golfeurs, Casa San Francisco se trouve à quelques pas du tout nouveau championnat Terence Trent Jones Junior Golf RIVIERA MAYA GOLF CLUB.

What an amazing home
Our family group of 7 stayed at Casa San Francisco. The directions we were provided made finding the place easy . We were greeted by the property manager Guille upon our arrival. She was very helpful in explaining the workings of the property and she also checked in on us a couple of times during our stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and the pictures don’t do the beach justice. Sun rise was my favorite on the back patio. Jorge and Noemi kept the place spotless and were also great for providing information on local activities etc . Jorge cooked for us our last night and the meal was absolutely delicious. Highly highly recommend.

Fantastic stay!!
Went to Akumal with a family to celebrate our fathers 80th birthday. Cannot say enough positive things about the house and staff on site. The house was well kept and beautiful. The staff were friendly, and worked hard! They took good care of us. The view is incredible, the pool was perfect for our kids to swim in all day. We walked up and down the beach to search for coral and seashells, there was a crew that came by everyday to clean up any seaweed that was washed up. They provide water, and beach towels for your family, and make sure you have enough. There is someone that comes and cleans the pool and patio every morning. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. Everyone loved the stay here, wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect house for a friend vacation!
This house is awesome!! We were a group of 10 including some couples. There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of privacy. The outdoor space is great, offering a great pool and a mix of sun and shade. The views of the beach are great too. The beach itself is a bit rocky, but we went in with shoes on and used kayaks every day! The house manager was great for arranging out meals with the staff, and the food cooked was amazing. The concierge was very helping in helping us arrange airport transportation, a trip to the cenote, and trips into tulum. The house is about a 30 minute walk down the beach to Akumal, but the town is very small. If you’re looking for a great house with lots of space, great views, and great food, you won’t regret booking this place.

This place was awesome. The house staff cooked and cleaned and did a great job. Golf across the street was very good and the scuba dive was fantastic as well. Cant not say enough good things about this location. Would differently stay here again.

Casa San Francisco was a dream! The house was absolutely a magical experience.
From the first day there, we knew we could trust Gia and the whole family that would be coming in and out of the house for cleaning, and we never worried a bit about it. It felt like extended family with them taking care of us. When we had them make dinners for us, they’d ask us specifically what types of things we’d like and they were accommodating by making soups, chicken, and fish. And I can’t forget the guacamole they made fresh, it was amazing. Outside are plenty of deck chairs and even snorkels, fins, and goggles for snorkeling off the beach. The little touches all around the house made it special, like a bunch of sunscreen, games, books, and very quiet AC units in all the rooms. Thanks for a wonderful experience, Gia. It was so nice to spend the week in the house! Fresh bottled water and cabnitrey items, Essentials in the pantry. Tupperware. Meals cooked were amazing. Great central location from Tulum, where we went out for dinner and sightseeing, as well as to Playa de Carmen. I’d definitely come back!

Casa San Francisco is a beautiful house. The pictures simply cannot convey the beauty of the porch, pool and beach views. Our party consisted of 6 adults and 4 kids, and the house accommodated us all nicely. The shoreline is a bit rocky, but water shoes helped a lot. My daughter and I both used the kayaks and snorkeling gear in the bay and were amazed at the wide variety of coral and tropical fish just a short distance from the shore. The house staff were fantastic; they took care of everything and made sure our vacation was a wonderful experience. And the staff prepared meals for us in our kitchen that were simply wonderful. It was a great treat to eat delicious, fresh food at home at a huge dinner table. If you want to get out, there's a fun little restaurant a short walk up the beach with excellent fresh fish, and even a pool for the kids. It was nice for a change, but the meals prepared at home by the staff were always the best. We recommend getting a rental car - the concierge can have one delivered to the house. The house is nicely stocked, but you can buy almost anything you can think of at the larger of the two supermarkets in Tulum ( go to the one on the east side of the highway), but you need a car to get there. This is definitely a 5 star vacation home.

Bliss on the Beach
We stayed at Casa San Francisco for a week with extended family. We were 3 couples and 2 singles. The house was exactly as advertised: clean, comfortable, charming, roomy and with all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. The design of the house, the decor and the kindness of the staff made us feel like we were staying at the home of friends. The house is beautiful and comfortable without being stuffy or ostentatious. We had three meals prepared by Jorge and Nomi, and the food was plentiful and tasty Mexican home cooking. You can actually snorkel from the beach right in front of the house, and see many colorful fish. It’s very close to Akumal center where there are good restaurants, a fully stocked market, an ATM and a dive shop. Since we were there to relax and mostly just enjoy the pool and the beach, the location was perfect for us. We felt completely safe in the house, which is in a gated neighborhood staffed 24/7 by a guard. The only very minor critiques I have are that the pillows on the beds are flat and not high quality, and the water pressure in the showers is not strong. But these are minor issues and didn’t interfere with our enjoyment of our stay.

Great House on the Quite Side of Akumal
The house was perfect for a quiet and relaxing family vacation. Centrally located, this house was a short drive from all of the stuff we wanted to do (Mayan ruins, Cenote swimming, Tulum, Playa del Carmen, Turtle Sanctuary in Akumal, golf, etc.). Every day included snorkeling off of our own beach, lounging by the pool and just plain R&R time. This is a quiet location in a gated community with good security (they patrolled the beach regularly). The house is well maintained and the staff are friendly without being obtrusive. Definitely worth the money spent and we highly recommend Casa de San Francisco.

Idyllic location on the beach; pool/patio space allows you to enjoy sunrises, sunsets and everything in between. House has everything you need for a relaxing vacation! Bonus: At night watched turtles coming onto the beach to lay their eggs; did require patience and ninja level stealth so as not to distrub. We will be back!

Just AMAZING!
From the moment I entered the house - I was super impressed. Yigi (the house manager) was there to welcome us and show us around. The view from this house are just breathtaking!! The house is perfectly designed and has so many full baths that everyone in the group can have a personal one!! The kitchen is big and spacious with all the necessary items there. The pool is just amazing surrounded by the palm trees and the view of the ocean never gets old. My family had so much fun that we were planning to book the house for next year too! Staff was amazing and worked hard to make you stay comfortable and relaxing.

All is well in Akumal
We stayed in July 2020. Directly on the beach, the home contains five air-conditioned, large bedrooms each with an en-suite: first floor-two twin beds and one day sofa; second floor-three bedrooms with king beds; casita -queen bed. The kitchen is small but well stocked with appliances, dishes, and utensils. The living and dining room are adequate size. There is a TV in the LR. There is a pool outside the back. There are also kayaks available to take into the water. The house has a manager, a maid, and an outside caretaker. They work everyday except Sundays.The caretaker and his wife double as the chefs should you wish them to prepare any meals.We had 4 dinners prepared that were local cooking and extremely delicious. You pay them for their shopping and for their service. We highly recommend them. We were able to find a snorkeling tour, as well as, a fishing tour. There are a few restaurants open nearby that serve delicious Mexican food. There is a Walmart on the way from the airport where we stopped. There are also small stores in the neighborhood. High points: The house manager is very friendly and efficient. She speaks English and Spanish. She is knowledgeable about the area and can arrange many activities as long as they are open in this COVID time. The maid is nonintrusive and very efficient. She will do your laundry for a fee. The caretaker arrives early to prepare the pool and grounds areas.The house is in a small beachfront, gated community with a security guard that walks the beach. The wi-if worked well for us. Inconveniences: The LR television was not able to find the dish site. It was not fixed during our stay. There is a TV in an upstairs bedroom which worked. There was an influx of seaweed on the beach, and the entrance to the beach is rocky so wear your water shoes and take the kayaks out. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this home to anyone.

Wonderful home and host team!
My family of 10 (ranging in age from 53 to 1) had a fabulous stay at Casa San Francisco! Quiet, secluded, yet within easy distance to many sights - most notably for my family were the archeological ruins throughout this region - a perfect home base. And downtime at the home with the pool and beach were just as great! We were cared for by a special team of lovely house staff - Guille, Naomi, and Jorge - who made our stay over the top special. We hope to return soon and find this little gem of a home as beautiful as we left it.

Wonderful private and peaceful location with easy driving access to Akumal, Playa del Carmen and Tulum. We had the best time and the house keepers, managers and chefs were all so welcoming. Would love to make it back one day.

The Pool was a Gift when weather turned windy
We had a great week's stay at Casa San Francisco. We were 9 people (grandparents, children, and grandchildren 4,7,7.5, and 10) HIghlights: snorkeling, kids using the pool all day, Naomi and Gorge cooking for us, Guille's helpful guidance, sunsets, and time to play lots of games, read, and be together. Funny incident: Ordered groceries on December 31, 2019 to be delivered that day. I was upstairs when they were delivered and was not aware that the ordered 2 packages of sliced turkey sandwich meat had been registered as 21 packages! My bad, but just a warning to check your order and to ask them to let you know when there are substitutions. Needless to say, we left some for others.

A great place for our family over Christmas; with a friendly and very helpful staff we all enjoyed!
A wonderful place to spend the Christmas holidays with our family! Right on the beach, where our family spent time snorkeling and paddling with the three kayaks provided. We used the pool (kept very clean), sat around the pool on the patio and enjoyed the view. The place was clean, and kept clean every day, and had all the amenities we had hoped for! Guillet was a superb in making us feel welcome, in advising us, and offered superb assistance when we got in trouble for poor parking in Tulum! Thanks Guillet! The local couple that kept the place clean, also cooked dinner for us three evenings; great local fare, fantastic guacamole and salsa! Highly recommend to get them involved in some dinners! Thanks Jorge and Naomi (spelling?)!! In all, we were very happy with the choice of Casa San Francisco, and highly recommend it!

Vacation Paradise
Excellent home - looks just the the pictures. The view is incredible and just a few steps down the beach is a very sandy area where there are no people - your own private beach! We are a group of 8 adults and 3 children that stayed at Casa San Francisco for 10 days - it was a fabulous vacation and we hated to leave. Highly recommend having staff cook fo you (especially Mayan Chicken). Staff is lovely and look after the place so everything you need is there. Guille the manager checked with us most days to see if we needed anything - absolutely wonderful staff. Cannot say enough about this place and hope to go back.

Absolutley perfect beach house & absolutley perfect stay w/ so many great adventures in the area!
Out of a rating of 1-10, this rental gets a 12, exceeding our expectations. The pictures were accurate, however the house is even more amazing & beautiful to see in person. The craftsmanship of the home is amazing, the touches that show a nod to the Mayan influence, from stained glass to the carving near the door, are beautiful. It felt like a tropical oasis, w/ many flowers & tropical plants. We had plenty of sleeping space & elbow room for our 7 adults, teenager & 3 kiddos. The ocean view is amazing, from the pool & shaded areas to the rooftop. The kitchen was supplied w/ everything we needed when we cooked twice. However, I would suggest arranging the caretakers to cook for you. Not only is Jorge a fabulous gardener, but man, can he cook, along w/ Noemi's help. Several in our party stated that his shrimp is the best they have had in their life. We asked for it a second night, and for a third night, asked for enchiladas as a special request from my granddaughter. We also arranged for Noemi to do a load of laundry a couple of times, for a very affordable price. The house manager, Guille, is fabulous w/ English & any help you may need for the area attractions, requests, etc.; not to mention to just ask if we needed anything daily. We felt very safe as the street for the rental is gated,1 entry & the guards even patrol the beach at night. The kiddos & everyone but my spouse & I truly loved Xel Ha water park (swimming w/ dolphins & so many other adventures), while we enjoyed a quiet day sunbathing. Some of the gang also checked out several cenotes. There are so many in the area. My husband arranged for a diving day w/ a dive master to spend w/ his daughters; diving two cenotes. Shopping & dining in Tulum is cool as well. For Sunday night, we had a fabulous meal at Gitano, in Tulum, to celebrate Father's Day. It was worth our drive to see Chichen Itza, the Mayan ruins. We left early to arrive close to opening hour, ate lunch afterwards & then saw another ruin, Coba, which actually has 3 to see there, one that you can climb. There is a cenote nearby that we stopped at as well. Some of the gang, minus hubbs & I, also found two bars in Tulum that featured swings, one where they were able to swing in front of the ocean. So, if you are looking for adventures, there are plenty to satisfy all ages. Plus, if you only want to relax, sleep in the hammock, or sunbathe, the house does not disappoint. I certainly recommend it, and would very much love to return.
