Family mountains weekend

We were only at the home for a short stay, but it was clean and comfortable. We had an issue and had to contact the landlord and they were very respnsive to our issue. Highly recommend staying!

Property managers were responsive to any need we had immediately. The house was great for a large group and set really nicely! We will stay there again in the winter. Not ideal for a large group in the summer due to the passes being limited within the community.

Awesome house
The house was great for a large groups of friends. We had 9 adults. Hot tub was perfect. Owner was very responsive on the 2 small issues we had…. There was no BBQ tank for the grill but when I reached out to them at 7:30pm on a Saturday they had one at the house within about 1/2 an hour. And then one of the wifi thermostats was not working but they had a remote for us to use and that was resolved in about 5 minutes. The pots and pans could use updating and the dart board needs to be replaced. Some of the beds are much firmer than others but all were very comfortable. We would definitely go back there again if in the area.

Spacious house
Our family of 8 had a wonderful time here. Plenty of space to spread out, especially since my 2 son-in-laws had to find quite areas to do work on their computers. I brought some of my own kitchen utensils which was unnecessary because the kitchen was fully stocked. Neighborhood was very quiet and we felt like we had the entire area to ourselves A very enjoyable week.

Great place (with minor challenges)
Fantastic place for our big group of 6 kids and 7 adults. Ample beds, great spaces (upstairs, downstairs, porch). Enjoyed pool table, hot tub, and beach (10 min walk). Kitchen well-equipped (although low on forks and glasses, and 2 burners wouldn't light). Would definitely return. Owners were very helpful & kind. (But forgot to send check-in instructions, and didn't respond for many hours on day 2.) Community limit of 8 wristbands was annoying, though they only checked on the weekend. Photos show a yard space, but we couldn't use it because the grass was 18 inches high.

We do a family weekend every year this had great space for adults and kids and the location and neighborhood was great! Plenty of space and activities for everyone inside and outside the house. The kids loved the bunk room but it’s big enough for adults to enjoy as well

Family vacation
We had three households stay in February for a family weekend, 7 adults and 6 kids ranging from 5-14. The house fit us well, property and neighborhood were great, and the deer were a real treat to see. The kitchen was fully equipped. WiFi was tricky to use at times, but property itself was perfect for our needs.

Labor Day family getaway
The size and layout of the house worked perfectly for our family of 12. Close to the beach and pool. Enjoyed our stay.. would have loved a firepit but otherwise perfect. The kids loved the pool table and the hot tub was a big hit. Would stay again.

Unfriendly Community
The home itself has a great layout and had everything we needed. But we were disappointed in our stay because of the community. As vacation renters we had to have passes to access the lake for fishing, the beach, playground and pool, which we thought would be a benefit. But that wasn't so. The way the community security checks on this is less than welcoming. I'm not sure if they are employees or volunteers, but they sure aren't friendly. Plus even though the home we rented accommodated our group of 12, you only get 8 passes to the community amenities, no more, not even a possibility. That should be noted in the details of the property. We could not all be at the pool or beach together. We had some problems with our passes and the owner tried to resolve those issues. He was responsive, but we were inconvenienced none the less. The whole community experience soured our vacation and stay a bit.

Family Fun Week
This property had ample space for the 10 of us to move around in without bumping into each other. The pool table was a hit as well as the hot tub. We enjoyed seeing the dear roam on the property as well as in the neighborhood. The beach was closed due to high bacteria readings & the pool was very cold. The location was convenient to outside activities such as: rafting, zip line, escape room, train ride, hiking to a waterfall, miniature golf and the boulder field. There were some maintenance issues to be discussed with the owner. Everyone had a good time. The riser height on the inside stairs were challenging for seniors and our preschooler.

Great house!
We had such an amazing time at this home! It is gorgeous and had all the amenities we needed. Renu responded immediately to any requests or questions. The lake and beach are beautiful. The only downfall was the community only issues 8 tags to get into the lake, beach and pool. We had 14 people with us, so that made things difficult. This is a community rule, not the owner. Other than that, top notch! We absolutely loved it!!
