Villa Mar & Sol is a charming 4-bedroom property located in Vale Navio, a quiet, privileged area, just a couple of minutes' drive from the center of Albufeira. With a fantastic heatable swimming pool, outdoor BBQ and set in beautiful gardens with countryside views, this villa is ideal for those looking for a relaxing oasis, within easy reach of the city and the beach.

This wonderful holiday home benefits from free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as private parking.

Three of the properties four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with a large master bedroom (complete with 2 wardrobes, a living area and an en-suite bathroom) and 2 spacious twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, as well as a separate bathroom and a guest W.C.

The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor, with a double bed, a full en-suite bathroom and marvellous views.

The main living spaces are found on the ground floor, where there are two spacious lounges, one with a fireplace and built-in banquette seating and the other with 3 comfortable sofas and a full HD TV.

The kitchen has great natural light and plenty of space for preparing meals, including all the appliances you may require (oven and electric cooktop, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishes and utensils) and a breakfast table with beautiful countryside views out to the balcony. A laundry room houses all the cleaning equipment, as well as a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Coming down the stairs from the covered veranda that wraps around the back of the villa, you’ll find the fantastic outdoor area with beautiful gardens that provide the ideal space to unwind. A traditional stone BBQ and outdoor dining table are available for grilling and enjoying summer meals, while the large swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) and sunbeds allow you to relax and soak up the Algarve sun.

Villa Mar & Sol is in a quiet countryside area, within a 10-minute drive of the center of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town, the Pescadores beach and the Strip Albufeira, as well as quality restaurants, bars and shops. Both the beautiful beach of Maria Luisa and the Balaia Golf course are within a short drive.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
