Villa Hawaii is a wonderful 5-bedroom holiday home (sleeping 10 + 2 people), enjoying a prime location in Vale Pedras, Albufeira. With a large private swimming pool and a lovely spacious garden, villa Hawaii is within a short distance from the city center, making this villa an excellent choice for families and friends looking for a relaxing holiday in the Albufeira area.

On the ground floor of this Villa there are 2 bedrooms, both with private bathroom with shower cabins, 1 of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds. This floor also has a toilet service.

The main living areas are also found on the ground floor, with a sizeable separate kitchen which is fully equipped with all the appliances you may need during your holiday including an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and a breakfast table, plus a laundry room with a washing machine and all your ironing facilities. From both the dining area with the large table and chairs, and the lounge area with the TV and comfortable sofas, you have direct access to the relaxing outdoors where you can enjoy sunbathing and refreshing dips in the private swimming pool, delighting both children and adults. This fantastic holiday home is ideal for entertaining friends and family with a traditional BBQ, outdoor table and chairs overlooking the pool and garden.


On the first floor there are 3 more bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and has its own private bathroom with a shower cabin, the other two bedrooms are furnished with twin beds (one with its own private bathroom). There is also a separate bathroom with a bathtub.


Free Wi-Fi is included and there is air conditioning in four of the bedrooms and living room.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, within walking distance to several cafés, restaurants and a supermarket. The center of Albufeira is within a few minutes’ drive (about 20 minutes’ walk) where you can find a wide variety of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops. Several beautiful beaches in the area are also within a few minutes’ drive, as well as activities such as golf, water parks and nature walks.

Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).

The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
