The Neighborhood:
The North East Heights is one of Albuquerque's most sought after locations to live in. This townhouse is located on a quite culdesac and is only a few blocks from Arroyo Del Oso Golf Course. There are great restaurants near by.

Walk Score of 28 out of 100. This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so most errands require a car.

This location is in Albuquerque. Nearby parks include Stardust Skies Park and Montgomery Park.

Other Things to Note:
One Small dog allowed in case by case basis and must be approved by host prior to booking. $60 pet fee collected prior to checkin.

The condo is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to keep it spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug (specifically sugar ants). Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

GRILL: guest understands this is not a guaranteed amenity. If propane is out we will do our best to arrange for refill when our schedule permits OR if guest refills it we will reimburse for cost so long as the tank is still full upon departure. Guest responsible for drained propane tank if left on irresponsibly.

Parking space is available as directed in the check-in guide. We are not responsible for tickets issued, cars towed/booted or any damage to guest’s vehicles whether from casualty or negligent or intentional wrongful acts of other guests or third parties. Guest waives any and all claims, damages, and/or causes of action for personal injury or property damage against us (the host) for use of the parking space. We are not responsible for any articles left in vehicles.

Great Albuquerque Stay
Our family enjoyed the spacious condo. The property was clean and In an excellent area. The garage was a very convenient perk for our stay. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I’d definitely recommend and stay again.

This property is a gem!
The house was just perfect and great for those traveling with dogs. The backyard is completely walled in and secure. We were in town visiting our son for Christmas, and the house is literally two minutes from his apartment. It's in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. It's easy to get anywhere in town or to the highway. Taryn was a great host, easy to communicate with, and always responsive. Being able to check in a little early was wonderful, since we were driving across the country.It was a great stay and experience; we would definitely stay here again.

We found the location great, neighborhood quiet, house was clean with some basic items included (coffee, paper products, shampoo, soap, hair dryer) washer & dryer if needed. We appreciated the floor plan...no steps..with a practical design to it.

Family Time
This property was perfect for our family members. It's very close to our home in a nice neighborhood. The check-in, check-out was easy. It was very clean with the exception of the coffee pot, which I feel was an anomaly. i will definitely recommend my family members stay here when they come to town.

My husband is an Albuquerque native and most of his family still live there, so we have made many trips to Albuquerque through the years. This is the first time we've stayed in a VRBO while visiting instead of with family. It certainly met our expectations in terms of cleanliness, privacy and security. We knew when we booked that the area this property is in is a well maintained, safe area with parks nearby. Even so, sometimes pictures posted by owners on the VRBO website can be deceiving! In this case, there were thankfully no surprises. One huge advantage of staying here was having a garage to drive into, especially at night. Also the generous starter supply of paper towels, coffee, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent lasted us the whole week! I would definitely recommend this place without hesitation.

Perfectly simple
My sister and I stayed at this lovely, safe and clean space and it was exactly what we required! The decor was simple and clean. Nothing was overdone (clutter free) and closer to everything we could have needed within a short car ride. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we could sit inside or outside. I would definitely stay here again.

My sister and I stayed at this cute home while visiting my elderly father in New Mexico. The home was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe with the secure entrance. It was centrally located making it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. The little patio was lovely to drink our morning Pion coffee which the host provided. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this home to any small family and dogs are welcome!

Exceptional visit to ABQ
Our visit to Albuquerque was wonderful. Part of the reason for that was the opportunity to stay in such a clean well appointed home with easy access to everything in Albuquerque. Taryn is a amazing host. The home was very clean, comfortable bed and filled with all of the necessities one would need when away from home. We did not use the kitchen but appeared as though there were plenty utensils if we would have cooked. Really like having the garage. Very quiet neighborhood - five stars all around.

This property was excellent in every way. The location is in a safe, quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. There is a lovely park nearby with a new playground. It was super clean, bright, and all appliances worked well. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus. Private patio seating and garage were especially appreciated. The NE location is near major roads which makes it easy access to anywhere in town. The host was attentive and responsive. I would highly recommend this property and we will be staying here again!

Quiet. Culdesac, buried in a vast housing dev so no road traffic. Higher walls surround the property so excellent privacy. Inside no frills, but property appointed with everything needed to refresh, revive, and get cleaned up well before continuing your journey. The jack and jill bathroom optimizes efficiency of the unit and there is a record player! We were very happy with these lodgings.

Oasis in the Desert
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spotless and everything we needed was there. We were in town for the dog show and it was so nice to come back to the property after a stressful day. The fenced-in area was great for our dog, thank you for allowing him at the property. It did not bother him that there was no grass. It was also great to have the garage to park our car so that it was secure. The neighborhood was very nice also. Nice culdesac property
Property owner was very attentive and checked in on us quickly to make sure all was good. I brought a concern to her attention that she would address before the next stay. The house and patio are fully enclosed by a taller wall which provides nice safety and privacy. She provided ground New Mexico Piñon coffee for the stay which was best had in the morning or evening in the front patio. Great little home and a nice home away from home.
