L'unité est spacieuse et confortable, l'intérieur de l'appareil est bien furished avec des sièges confortables et dispose d'une kitchenette bien équipée, avec des couverts et de la vaisselle, de la porcelaine cuisinière, comptoirs en granit, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes; porche, table à manger de la chambre, un lit king size et queen size canapé-lit, et une terrasse couverte où vous pourrez vous détendre !!! unité est située au centre de la station et une promenade très courte à la piscine à débordement, plage, casino, et du village de pêcheurs où vous pouvez trouver des magasins et des restaurants. Nous avons apprécié un dîner fantastique à hemmingway est situé à l'intérieur du casino.
Lors de votre séjour dans cet appartement, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Lucayan Archipelago. Cet appartement propose l'accès Wi-Fi à Internet gratuit et une cuisine.

11 years of going to Bimini this is hands-down the absolute worst experience I’ve ever ever had. We always Choose to stay in Bimini because of the HOA keeping our properties at a certain standard and we enjoy every single property we’ve ever stayed at except this one. Owner was contacted during our stay and she was screaming at me telling me she couldn’t help me from Miami. We were unable to be helped with getting keys remade, and the owner told us to leave a window open and jump in and out of a window. Yes, the owner told us to jump in and out of the window because she could not help. Shower is falling apart absolutely disgusting. The VRBO listing is an absolute lie. There is no ocean view. The balcony has no handle so it cannot be used. Our microwave exploded On the first time trying to use it. The pictures I have would make anyone cry to think they had to stay here. Hair dryer, clothes, iron, dryer and washer, burners, pots, pans, all broken and not able to use. The power outlet in the bathroom in front of the mirror Is also broken. I cannot emphasize this enough, do not book this Property. Even the security guards stated how this unit is always a problem for them. The HOA staff saw the pictures and were absolute horror of the state of this property.

Está agradable el studio, tiene 2 toallas en el baño y 4 para las manos. No tiene para la playa. La puerta de la terraza está mala, pero fue bueno para nosotros ya que las llaves no abrían la puerta principal y pudimos entrar y salir por allí. Tiene un piscina muy buena en el complejo y los guardias son muy amables. No usamos la cocina pero tiene lo básico para cocinar. Tiene lavadora y secadora la lavadora está buena la secadora no seca bien. Tiene TV pero no tiene cable, así que no podrás ver nada. La cama es cómoda y el aire muy bueno. Nos pareció que estuvo perfecto por los pocos días que estuvimos. Y El precio está bueno. La atención rápida de la encargada nos ayudó mucho con un cambio de día por tener que cambiar el vuelo por cancelación. Nos logró acomodar al día siguiente y resolvió nuestro problema.

This property is an open concept condo. Located in a gated community with a security guard. Overall was clean but needs repairs. The back patio door does not have a handle on the inside or ourside and the lock is broke. The bathroom tub fixtures are falling off the wall, barely attached. The smoke detector and fire extinguisher were missing. There is a small kitchenette with microwave and electric cooktop but no coffer maker. Our golf cart was vandalized the last night we were there. Someone cut the gas line and took the tank.

Fairly good experience, very responsive host (just needs to put attention to the reviews)
Our stay was pleasant overall. Recommendations are to the host to acknowledge the comments left in the reviews as it seems to be reoccurring concerns. The location of the studio (it’s a very big and comfortable studio) is in fact in Bimini Bay Resorts right next to Hilton’s “360 beach,” not in Alicetown. The handle on the patio sliding door is STILL broken (there has been a couple reviews stating this before)!!! The iron is still broken. The 2 portable grills to cook are BOTH broken (this is very important if you plan on making at least breakfast), the pans HAVE to be replaced (all scraped and worn out!!!). There were ONLY 2 bath towels, and at least should have had 4 (luckily friends staying in other units lent us some). ONLY 1 already started paper towel, 1 already started toilet roll (we left them extra). The map provided is alllll blurry (recommended this to host to update that), again we were lucky we had friends staying that found it for us. The bed was very comfortable, and place was very clean overall!!! The host is very responsive through texts. FYI: The HOA office closes at 4pm on Sat & Sun, so if there were issues with card key etc, need to let gateman know.

The area was not as advertised . The condo was located in the Bailey town which was not what was advertised as being in Alice town. , checking in was a process that was not explained at all . We arrived and did not have a clear idea of how to get to the condo as the address given was incorrect .Once we finally found the HOA office they did not give us keys so we had to find security guard to help us since the HOA office Closed and we were locked out of the condo once we arrived. There was bugs ( water bugs) . We stayed for 3 days one day into the stay the toilet stopped working and there were no tools to fix it . The TV did not work and the iron and utilities such as washer machine did not work . Overall would not recommend this stay.

Need improvement
Some sockets dont work, the one that is by the mirror that needs to be working isn't working. I had to use the one in the kitchen and keep walking back to the mirror to check my hair. There is a lot of old things (junk) packed in closets and under the bed. Host need to find another storage area. Half roll of tissue was in the unit, without extra,minimal towels. Host didn’t give me any instructions on how to check in or how to get to the unit until I reached out a day before and even then host was like check in at HOA without giving clear instructions how to find it (a map was sent but wasn't useful). Thankfully the locals was able to assist. Back sliding door doesn't lock, we put a broom by the curtain so if anyone came in the broom would fall to alert us. Iron is broken. Place need some maintenance and more basic essentials. I'll visit Bimini again and I would definitely stay in Bimini Bay again but I'd avoid this particular unit in the condition it is now.

Don’t stay here
My daughter and I booked this location for it’s vanishing pool. After spending almost an hr getting a room key (stopping at every guard tower only to be pointed in another direction), we found out the the pool was closed and had been for a while. Long enough to have green algae in it. When I inquired when it would reopen NO ONE knew how long it would take. Our room’s sliding glass door didn’t work and had to use a block of wood to keep it from opening. The bathroom’s towel hanger was broken along with the TP holder. The shower faucet was barely, attached and water pressure was very poor. The pictures look great but don’t get fooled!!!!!!!!! Stay on the South side of the North Island instead.

Directions to the condo were non existent The condo was clean enough but lacked certain necessities The glasses were not clean, There was no toilet paper, no shampoo and the soap was poor quality and the towel rack was broken. The tv functioned but the cable did not so we could not watch TV at all. There was a lack of information regarding the use of the condo and there was no information provided about the island The sliding door did not lock- a too short piece of wood was not very reassuring for security. On the plus side the bed was very comfy and the a/c worked well.

Easy and breezy
When I arrived to the island, I did not have service. I showed up with my confirmation page printed out and was directed to a yellow building surrounded by shops. I was then given a key to open the unit. As I arrived, the cleaning service was heading out. My partner and I had a pleasant stay. The kitchen has a sink, microwave and mini refrigerator. I would stay here again. Great price and stay.

My adult son, and his friend and I slept very nicely at this property. It's bright, and cheerful. The bed was comfortable, and we loved that it had a washer and dryer. We were concerned with how easy it would be to get the keys, but that was a breeze cause there is only one guard shack on the Hilton property. We've been at other rentals on different islands in the Bahamas, but we were amazed at how clean this property was! Someone mentioned they would have liked a hotplate, but when I come to the Bahamas I want local food and a microwave to heat it in the next day. No cooking for us. What they could have done better was to inform us how to get from the airport to the property. Easily done. Airport is on a tiny island next to Bimini. You take a 5 buck shuttle to the ferry landing for 5 bucks per person. Then you have a choice of two ferries. Take the one to the Hilton property. Rent a golf cart, and drive to the guard shack where they give you keys. I feel that anyone going to the Bahamas should know that 95% of businesses on Bimini don't take Credit cards and they only have 3 ATM machines on the whole island. All three of those machines were broken and the only bank on the island doesn't do cash advances so we were very cash poor. Also, the US government demands a COVID test if you stay longer than 3 days even if you had both of your shots. However, this only applies to air travel and not the ferry. If you haven't had your shots you need a covid test every 3 days or you will be fined hard! Also make a travel visa prior to coming but print documents prior to arrival, as sometimes internet is spotty on the island. That being said, this property has better wifi than my home outside Chicago. Cable TV was great at this property, and my group was delighted we could watch playoff basketball after a long days on the water. Great Spot, excellent value, but as I said, bring lots of cash or travelers checks.

This property is NOT in Alice Town!!
First I should say that this studio unit was very nice, clean, and access to the Hilton resort amenities were a bonus. Towels & toiletries were also provided & appreciated. HOWEVER, we specifically booked this property because we were looking for something in Alice Town that was close to the dive shop that we were going to be diving with during our stay in Bimini. This property is no where near Alice Town or the location on the map pinned in this listing...it is actually over 2 miles away from the pin. I contacted the property owner with some questions before booking, but never received a response. We were staying over New Year's and things were booking up quickly, so we reserved anyway. When sending the booking request, I shared the name of the dive shop that we were using in Alice Town and said that we wanted to stay here because it was close to that location. At no time did the owner point out that the property is not in Alice Town as listed. We followed the Google Map directions provided upon booking and ended up in Alice Town on some random residential street where there was clearly nothing that matched the photos. We got a taxi so that the driver could figure out where we were actually going. Turns out the property is literally on the other side of the island. It was good that we had the taxi because we never would have found the office where we had to pick up the keys on our own. Also, the office closed at 5p, but we were never told to be there before 5p (check in started at 3p). Check in was very confusing and even the office had no map of the resort, so it was a lot of figuring it out as we went. I also sent the owner a message while we were there regarding the check out process and again never received a response. In short, location is WAAAAY off & communication outside of the booking process was essentially non existent. If you want a nice place to stay in the resort and are okay being solo and figuring things out on your own, this can be a good option.
