Lovely decor, comfortable bed and fluffy towels. Very peaceful. Nice bottles of water. Shower good. Breakfast good quality food. Dinner & wine overpriced. I had chicken and mushroom pie, it had more carrots and ham in it than anything else? Also no potato product, just a bowl of greasy cabbage and peas £17? Wine £27. Shame as we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Sharon,Unfortunately as a small, independently owned business we do not have the buying power of bigger pub companies and brands, especially as we provide our entire menu as Gluten Free. Which obviously has a cost impact on the dishes making them more expensive to make. This is why we pride ourselves on having fresh, Seasonal, homemade food. Which clearly on this occasion we failed and I can only apologize. Hope this does not stop you from visiting us again as i know we do produce great quality food at great value for money.
