Welcome to Airbnb and welcome to our home! This magnificent 5 bedroom, 5 bath villa is situated on Anaheim Hills offering the most breath-taking view! Our home is ultra secluded with surrounding canyons. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise painted just for you! This is a paradise for relaxation and entertainment. Located in the heart of Orange County where there are tons
of things to do with loads of fun and great memories to be made....a perfect getaway is awaiting you!
Upon entrance inside the home is the formal living room with elegant furnishings, high ceilings and an abundance of natural sunlight. The kitchen is fully upgraded with all appliances, including all essentials to cook up the perfect family meal. The family room is comfortable, relaxing, complete with a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms, most with en-suite bathrooms, with comfortable beds and linens. There is a bonus game room with a pool table, foosball table, darts, board games...perfect entertainment for everyone. There is an office space for remote working available for all business needs. The multi-level backyard has gorgeous landscaping, a sparkling pool, a heatable spa, waterfall fountains and plenty of space for ultimate relaxation. The yard steps down into grapefruit, avocado and citrus orchards. There is a commanding view of the canyons and an expansive sweeping view of Anaheim Hills. Plenty of walking trails, parks, grocery stores, shops, bars, restaurants, nail and hair salons are conveniently located within just a few minutes drive.

Our cul-de-sac neighborhood is private, secluded and quiet. The city of Anaheim Hills is an affluent residential area with plenty of green space, including wooded Oak Canyon Nature Center, with kid-friendly trails, and Yorba Regional Park, popular for fishing, riverfront paths, and a duck pond. Cyclists ride dirt paths in Deer Canyon Park, and the Anaheim Hills Golf Course is known for its challenging fairway. Dining focuses on casual American fare, like burgers, barbecue, and craft beer. More variety of foods can be found at the nearby Anaheim Packing House.
It's best to have a car to get around!

Heating the pool takes about 2 days and costs $350-500/day with utilities.
If you stay for more than 30 days, we will cover your utilities up to $500/month. Any amount over $500 will be an extra charge after checkout. Please do your best to conserve water and electricity!
Keep doors and garage closed at all times so mice don't come inside. We do live in the hills!

Owners are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items
Owners are not responsible for any guest injuries, accidents or illnesses
Tenants who receive 2 complaints from neighbors or 1 police report will be asked to leave without refund and will be fined their security deposit.
