Alaskan getaway
We stayed here for the last leg of our honeymoon trip and it was perfect. It’s absolutely stunning. It’s also in a perfect location where we could just walk to great restaurants and shops. The owners are so helpful and are very responsive if you need anything. Would definitely recommend 10/10

Lovely Apartment Downtown
I stayed here with two friends while we attended a conference at the Dena’ina Convention Center. The apartment is clean and modern, the owner is very communicative and helpful. The location is convenient. We walked to restaurants and the convention center. Downtown Anchorage is what it is, but I felt safe there and it was quiet. I would stay there again!

Perfect for us!
This space was beautiful and perfectly located. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Numerous eating choices, shops and local history nearby. Space was perfect for the 4 of us. It has plenty of amenities. Everything is in perfect condition. Management was wonderful to work with.

Location Location Location!
Stop looking. You’ve found what you’re looking for. This clean, modern two bedroom was perfect for my partner and I. There is a large bathroom with dual sinks providing ample space to get ready. The downtown location was central to the tour bus pick-ups, restaurants, and shopping. We didn’t need a car but there is off street parking which is an added bonus especially with a downtown location. Mary (the owner) and her husband (Buzz) are on site and very responsive. Mary is easily one of the kindest, sweetest VRBO owners I’ve had the privilege of meeting. This is a great launch pad for all Alaska has to offer. I will be coming back. Great for families of 4 & military friendly. Enjoy!

Booked this for a birthday trip for my daughter. Picked it for the locoation and price. However, this was an unexpected jewel!!! So clean and all the normal expected amenities X 2. I can't think of ANYTHING we might have needed which wasn't provided. The quality of the unit and all the furnishings were stellar. Mary (the property manager) was a gem and helped make our stay a 7star experience!

Great Place!!
This place was so nice. Everything was top notch and super clean. Great amenities and fantastic bed and shower. The host had all the lights on and fireplace warmed up before we got there. The host was super responsive to answer questions. The location is perfect too. Tons of walkable food options close by. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

lovely apartment with all things you could use, easy to move around the area from the apartment, downside, there were no windows to let in fresh air, couldn't leave front door open as on main footpath and not overally safe, many drug users sat outside the apartment and were noisy and ignored the signs in place, the only other problem we had was the airconditioning, it is controlled by the restaurant next door in the parts of the apartment, so it was strong at certain times and unable to adjust, had a cold draft blowing until midnight in the bedrooms, Mary the owner tried to get it sorted but unfortunately had no luck. Mary has made the apartment very comfortable and was helpful

Great location and communication w hosts. Good restaurants around and museums and shuttle at Visitors Center to Alaska Native Heritage Center is around the corner. Amazing museum inside and outside - really worth visiting!

Fabulous stay in the Anchorage apartment. It was beautiful, clean, well equipped and in the perfect location to explore Anchorage on foot. But when we needed a spot for a rental car it had that too. We were all happy with our choice and wouldn’t hesitate to rent this apartment again.

This was a super clean, beautifully outfitted apartment. Every thoughtful amenity is there. The location is ideal for downtown - walkable to all sorts of shopping, dining, and entertainment - just a block or two from the train station and the Tony Knowles Bike Trail.

Incredible Stay
I almost never write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. I rented this property over Thanksgiving. The experience was so amazing that I decided to return to Anchorage for Christmas and stay at the same place. The location is incredible, the apartment is gorgeous, and the owners are the nicest people you could ever hope to meet. I highly recommend staying here!

I sincerely enjoyed my stay at this property. As it was my first time in Alaska, it proved to be an ideal base for exploring downtown Anchorage. I did not have a rental car during my stay and the area was easily walkable. For those more distant locations, it was also easy to obtain Uber/ Lyft. Mary was an extremely attentive host, I definitely plan to stay again during my next visit to Anchorage!

Just Perfect!
My partner and I have stayed at over 30 VRBO properties over the last 10 years, and formerly owned a VRBO property in Ft. Lauderdale. This home in Anchorage ranks up there with among the best we have ever stayed in. It’s in a fantastic, walkable location, has convenient reserved parking, was extremely clean and had everything that you could possibly need for your comfort and convenience. The king bed is extremely comfortable and while we didn’t use the secondary bedroom, it was very cozy. The only possible thing that is missing is a washer/dryer. We will definitely stay here again.
