Leider haben wir nicht das gebuchte Deluxe Zimmer sondern ein simples Comfort Zimmer bekommen (das günstiger gewesen wäre). Das Personal war unverständnisvoll und hat uns abgewimmelt. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum. Nicht zu empfehlen.

NICE, COMFORTABLE

Pros: PLEASANT ATMOSPHERE, NICE STAFF AND COMFORTABLE ROOMS
Cons: THE INTERNET SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONNECT IF YOU ADVERTISE THIS AS ONE OF THE FEATURES

Zimmer sind sehr gross aber alt. Badezimmer wurde jedoch renoviert.

On our journey

We stayed at the Plaza, it was very nice, particularly the bathroom. Room service was quick and the food standard, breakfast is what you would expect from four stars. It clean and efficient and all the staff were great.The city is very nice also, it was intersting to see the gentleman hats.
