Guests Access the apartment building via a security door with pin code and lift. There is a lockbox outside the apartment and you will receive the lockbox code 3 days prior to your arrival.
We are available on call between 8am and 9pm during your stay for any issues. Otherwise you will be given complete privacy during your stay.
Rihir apartment is located in Arthurs Point which is a short drive into downtown Queenstown. This is a residential area that has some local options for dining (Canyons Brewery, Raku Pizza) a bowling alley (inside the Swiss Bel Resort opposite the apartment complex) and the Onsen Hot Pools (right next door)
A car is the best way to see all the local attractions and is an easy drive to Queenstown or Arrowtown. There is a bus right outside the complex that can take bikes and cost just $2 per trip with a BEE card. These can be purchased from the main bus stop in Queenstown.
It is also worth noting that a lot of local tourist activities will pick up you from this area (bike and winery tours, ski shuttles, rafting etc)
