New construction farmhouse in desirable Five Points!

This beautiful, brand new home sits on a corner lot in Five Points and is only minutes from Sanford Stadium, shopping, eateries and the UGA campus.

**ALL windows have woven wood shades. Installed after most pictures were taken!**

This charming two story home, with an inviting wrap around porch, has room for the whole family and is an entertainer’s dream! Featuring five spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, this farmhouse style home offers plenty of space for you and your guests to relax in and enjoy.

The floor plan features a large open concept with the spacious, fully stocked kitchen overlooking a dining area that seats six, as well as a large living room with TV. Additionally, there is a cozy breakfast nook off to the side of the kitchen that seats five. You will also find counter stool seating at the island and a little kids table that seats two.

Solid wood floors invite you into every room. You will find two bedrooms on the first floor. The first floor master bedroom features a king bed, TV and large bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub. The first floor guest room features a queen bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower.

The wooden staircase leads to a spacious, upstairs landing area and three additional bedrooms with their own large bathrooms. The upstairs guest bedrooms include two queen bedrooms (one with a twin bed and pack n play in the oversized closet), and one room with a daybed with pull out mattress coupled with a twin over full bunk bed with trundle. Upstairs also offers a bonus room with a large sectional sofa, TV and foosball table; a great space to hang out and watch college football or your favorite movies.

Additionally, you will find a gas grill on the back porch for game day cookouts and more!

Wedding Wonder
We stayed at this beautiful farmhouse for my oldest son's wedding and it was amazing. The house was so spacious and the updated renovations were beyond expectations. We had 6 adults and a 5 day old infant and all of us were very comfortable with each room having an on suite bath and all of the options for gathing and sharing meals. The corner lot and backyard were great for "porch sittin". Brittany was great for working with us. Would definitely recommend.

Rented for graduation the home is new and had plenty of room for us. Kitchen well stocked needs more serving dishes if plan on cooking. Great yard for hanging out. Five points location little misleading you can not walk there. Overall was great until we left and called that we left a bag they said could not locate it when we knew where it was

Awesome home with tons of space and bathrooms galore! Anyone staying may want to bring toilet paper and paper towels as well as soap, shampoo and conditioner. Other than that, a great home in a great town.

Large, beautiful home.
The house is very large and sits on a large lot. It can accommodate a lot of people. The kitchen is well stocked and there were plenty of towels in all of the bathrooms. We rented the house for a UGA football game and were hoping to walk to the stadium. It was a little too far of a walk for our group. The house is large, new and very clean with a driveway that can hold several cars. I would rent this house again.

The house is very nice, the layout is great and made it nice for my guests that have trouble getting up and down stairs. The rockers on the front porch were a hit and the neighborhood made for a nice walk around a loop the road takes. The first floor open concept made it really nice for everyone to be together and interact and yet have separation fo various activities like playing games, watching tv the kitchen island made it easy to put food out for meals. Just a couple of suggestions to improve on the experience: a larger refrigerator with a smaller freezer and more refrigerator space and a second trash can outside.
