Welcome to our charming home on the southwest side of downtown Atlanta. Our 1491 sq ft home offers a comfortable and inviting stay, perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway.

When you step inside, you’re greeted by a luminous and stylish living space. The living room is the perfect spot to unwind and relax after a long day of exploring the city. It features a beautiful velvety sofa, a wall-mounted LED Smart TV, and a cozy indoor fireplace. The open floor plan allows for easy flow between the living room, dining area, and kitchen.

Speaking of the kitchen, you'll find a fully equipped space with everything you need to prepare delicious meals at home. Plus, extras like coffee makers for your morning perk up and a dishwasher for easy clean-ups!

Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which seats 6 guests comfortably and welcomes good dinner conversation and a peaceful atmosphere.

There are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, ALL with ensuite bathrooms and wall-mounted Smart TVs to accommodate 6 guests as such:

BEDROOM 3: Queen bed, desk & chair for a dedicated workspace

Interaction with Guests
This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

You’ll be in a picturesque wooded neighborhood in southwest Atlanta, near Fort McPherson and about five miles from Downtown and the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, Interlock, tons of nightlife, dining options, and popular Atlanta attractions.

You’ll be in a highly gentrified neighborhood in the downtown Atlanta area (which is still considered the inner city), with lots of activity, people on the streets, nightly noises, and possible construction at times. We’d just like you to understand this before booking the home!

The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located 7.2 miles from the property.

There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

Please note the following important information before booking:

Guests will need to climb about 5 steps up to the entrance to the home.

The property is in a highly gentrified neighborhood in the downtown Atlanta (still considered the city!), with lots of activity, people on the streets, nightly noises, and possible construction at times. We’d just like you to understand this before booking the home!

Also, this is Georgia! There are a lot of wooded areas. Please be aware that bugs may be seen. And while we do have pest control scheduled quarterly, bugs can still get into the home. This is out of our control, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. It’s best not to leave any open food out to minimize any insect visitors. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.

Please do not flush feminine products (i.e., tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.

Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- Guests with no prior reviews will need to send a copy of their driver's license or government-issued photo ID to complete and confirm their reservation.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- Parties/events are not permitted without advanced approval. Restrictions apply.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

The house looked exactly how the pictures look. We had some minor problems upon check in but they were already fixing them. The master bedroom is COLD. But a space heater was there so I was ok with that. I will definitely be booking again.

We had to go through a rough neighborhood to get there and there were houses that resemble the house then we got to the street and there's a house that looks just like it two doors down and the GPS said that we arrived there was a car in the driveway so we were confused. Made it to the house and the gate is destroyed doesn't close so that was a concern also the back porch was filthy, the house smelled like smoke a little but they were covering it up with wall scent so I appreciate that but you might have to have it deep cleaned to get the smell out. The bathroom door attached to the room with the queen bed can't be opened because it's off the hinges that is an easy fix. Please replace the couch it has cigarette holes all on it and my 8 year old grandson was asking lots of questions. Overall it was a nice place these little things can be fixed easily the only thing is I couldn't sleep because I didn't feel safe. The pressure in the bathroom sinks all of them need to be turned up and the pressure in the showers need to be increased

The property is all around great stay with the exception of the hidden fee. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful with what to do during our stay. The area is absolutely conveniently located and easy to get to the highway. The inside the house is perfect but that tree in the driveway is dangerously rooted out with a steep grade going through the gate. I would stay at the location again.

First experience!
I loved the property an the cleaniliness. It made me an my family feel at home. It was very comfortable and everyone had their own space. The only thing we had a slight issue with was with the tv’s in like two rooms. It could of been the remotes… I like how it was cooking utensils, pots to cool with an silverware because we completely forgot when we got groceries. Everything we forgot they supplied. It was a very comfortable setting. May have to park on the street depending on how big your vehicle is as well. Drive way was kind of snug. Other than that our stay was great!

Absolutely stunning, the house is breathtaking. This 3 bedroom house was able to accommodate my party of 3. Everyone had their own bedroom along with bathroom which was awesome to us. Everything was clean I had no complaints in that area. It was bikes available to us but we didn’t get around to it. The host kept me updated with everything as well. If I ever visit ATL again I’m definitely going for this house. The area was perfect close to everything. Ohh each beds were extremely comfortable,

My review
My experience was everything I expected! They had extra towels, and wash cloths. The kitchen and the house was clean! The only issue I noted is some of the furniture was a little loose so be careful to avoid falling out of a chair but other than that the price was reasonable and the space met my expectation! Thanks

RELAXATION!!
Beautiful property tucked in a great location. Convenient to lots of activities, great food right at the corner, and everything was super comfortable in house. Spacious and really nice setup!! The only "issue" is that there is a rooster alarm somewhere in the neighborhood that goes off constantly. Extremely irritating. Other than that everything was great!! Will definitely book again!!

The home is beautiful. It’s in a older neighborhood but the home is clearly a remodel and they did a great job. The only complaints we have was there was some cleaning that was missed, the water pressure was very low in two of the bathrooms and we didn’t have anywhere to put our trash as I received a message on the way in town that the outside trash can was missing. The host was very quick to respond though so that was very appreciated.

This property is exactly as it is listed. It’s especially perfect for families! The master bedroom is on one side of the home, the other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home. I like that each bedroom had their own bathroom. It is only 10 minutes from Clark Atlanta/Morehouse/Spelman College, and a short drive to the airport. The neighborhood is nothing fancy; this property is the stand out. Beautiful curb appeal, very clean in the front yard, and very clean on the inside of the property as well; it smelled amazing! The backyard is not yet ready for relaxing. We were not able to site on the back porch because the cushions were dirty, moldy, and leaves were everywhere, not a huge deal though. The other review about the driveway is not an overstatement! We learned to enter at a curve to avoid damaging the rental car, the entire neighborhood is steep, but this driveway could cause front end damage if you don't enter at an angle and extremely slow/careful; we mastered it! Lastly, if you like extra towels, request them ahead of time. The 3 of us stayed for 4 nights, there are two towel sets per room (so 6 sets was just enough). If we had someone occupying the 3rd bedroom we would've required more, based on a 4 night stay. Overall, I would definitely stay again because it was clean, no bugs, close to campus and the layout of the home was the main attraction. The decor is also adorable and welcoming. Great stay!
The home was very neat and clean. Very up-to-date and comfortable. The property management was very responsive and quick to answering questions and handling needs. The property came equipped with all the accommodations and amenities needed for our stay! The were a few damages that required annotation so I suggest that if you stay at this location you do a thorough check of the property (inside and out). The regulation of the shower temperature was difficult. You either got really really hot, or cold. However, I did like the master bedroom showers design! Also the back of the home where you enter the property driveway was located was very sketchy and dangerous (in my opinion) The incline on the driveway, if not careful, will scratch your front end of your car when entering and exiting. The absence of an exterior light (flood light etc.) creates visibility issues at night which can be dangerous when unpacking or loading your vehicle, or when entering and exiting the home during hours of darkness. The gate was hard to close and secure, so as not to cause any damage, we opted to leave the gate open during our stay. With that said, my overall stay here was great (4stars). I would stay at the property again. Hopefully by then, those discrepancies I mentioned are resolved because the property has the potential to receive an overall excellent rating (5 star) every time!
