Come visit Bear Creek Manor! This 4 acre, 6,000sqft property boasts magnificent mountain like views with a beautiful private river front for a quick and easy vacation for the whole family!

There are many activities for you to do here. You can kayak, fish, bbq, play pool, relax in the hot tub or watch a movie outside!

Host your friends and family on the private patio with a bar, outdoor kitchen, fire-pit, hottub, and projector movie screen. Or cozy up inside with the stone fireplace, pool room, library, or game room! You can also fish and kayak right on the property!

20 minutes from Six Flags
20 minutes from Sweetwater Creek State Park
15 minutes from downtown Douglasville (grocery stores, entertainment, restaurants)
12 minutes from FoxHall Resort

Bear Creek Manor sits just West of the city, tucked in the hills, away from all of the noise and traffic. Enjoy peace in the quiet community and stars like you’ve never seen before with the convenience of being close to stores.

Property is located on a private 4 acres and guests are allowed to access all spaces inside and outside of the house. The backyard is fenced in for the safety of animals and children who come to visit. Plenty of parking available on a long wrap around driveway with a secondary gravel driveway and 4 car garage. Guests may access the river by paths along the driveway.

Pets are welcome at Bear Creek Manor!

The backyard includes two fenced in sections that can both be accessed from the main deck. Pets must remain on leash outside of fenced areas. Specified Food/water bowls are available in the kitchen for furry friends.

Please be respectful and wipe dirty paws before the pet enters the home, and keep pets off of the furniture. Pet hair is difficult to clean and requires professional cleaning. If this is found to be violated please expect a payment request for replacement/cleaning.

Fantastic for family reunion
The property was absolutely gorgeous and had so much space for our large group. Beds/linens were very comfortable and the house had plenty of amenities. Our family loves any water and direct access to the creek was a big selling point. However, it was completely overgrown so we were unable to enjoy the kayaks and water, but we went to the state park nearby 2 days in a row and it was amazing. Great communication with host. Kitchen could use a few more basic utensils and the projector was tough to get going but finally got it working. The water pressure got a little iffy at times in the kitchen, but we made it work. Check in/out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again! Highly reccomend this place!!

Beautiful house, well maintained, amazing property and excellent amenities. Exceptional host- great communication and super thoughtful and responsive to our needs- including adding a pack and play travel crib to the house! We reserved Bear Creek Manor during my daughter's high school graduation. We had a great stay. The property was exactly as the pictures depict. The layout of the bedrooms and the amount of recreational space both indoors and outdoors allows everyone to have their own space, but is large enough for you to come together in one area as well. The owner was very accommodating as I inadvertently reserved the wrong check out date. I would highly recommend the property.

Beautiful property!
My family vacationed here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. There were 20 of us and there was more than enough room for us all. There were a couple of rooms that we didn’t even need to use - that’s how spacious this property is! The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, laundry supplies, and more. We LOVED the outdoors so much! The patio views were amazing. The fire pit, the outdoor kitchen, all of it was beautiful! Communication with Lauren was excellent and she was always helpful and responsive to our needs. Overall we had a great time so thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect for large group
This was absolutely the best property I have stayed at hands down. It’s perfect for a large group. It was 20 of us and everyone slept comfortably. It was my wedding weekend and my bridal party stayed there and some my family. The property was equipped with everything you need for cooking all pots and pans sizes. We are most definitely going back because we didn’t get a chance to really enjoy the property the way we wanted too. The biggest plus is that they allow you too have event there also. The pictures does not do the property justice.

Absolutely amazing
The house is beautiful and fit everyone comfortably. It was a nice , peaceful getaway with beautiful scenery. We were able to explore in the woods surrounding the house and go fishing in the river right beside the house. There’s a lot of perks to keep the whole family occupied from the game rooms to the bar room to the outside fire pit and movie projector. Even though the jacuzzi wasn’t ready for use the use of the kayaks made up for that, for sure. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Girls Only Birthday Bash
The property was perfect for our group of 13 women! There was space galore! Everyone had their own bed. We had a chef come in and prepare our meals which was awesome! The dining spaces accommodated everyone. Even though the property was an hour(min) away from our events it made our party bus rental worthwhile!!! The outdoors was quiet, serene and had everything we needed to party outside. Lauren quickly responded to any questions we had! It was truly a great experience in an immaculate home! We're returning in the near future.
