Boasting three spacious bedrooms and two pristine bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to eight guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and adventure.
Inside, you'll find three cozy queen beds awaiting your weary head after a day of beachcombing or exploring nearby attractions. Need extra sleeping space? No problem! The queen sleeper sofa offers a comfortable option for additional guests.
After a day of sun-soaked adventures, rinse off the sand and salt in the refreshing outdoor shower, allowing you to fully embrace the coastal lifestyle. Whether you're enjoying morning coffee on the balcony, whipping up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or lounging in the inviting living area, every moment in this condo is designed for relaxation and enjoyment.
Located just steps from the beach, you'll have easy access to sun, sand, and surf. And when you're ready to explore further, restaurants, shops, and entertainment options are just a short drive away. Your coastal retreat awaits!

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list.
Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 + tax fine.

Cute place
This is a very cute 3 bd 2 bath condo. The bedrooms each have a queen bed that is against 1 wall. Something to consider if a bunch of single people need to share beds. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Not super comfortable but it works.
Beach access could hardly be easier with an access path at either end of the block. It’s also an easy walk to a group of bars and restaurants.
The place has an outdoor shower so it’s easy to keep the inside relatively sand free. The front deck has several chairs and is a lovely place to hang out and socialize.
The property owner was very responsive to my questions.

Beach, very spacious the apartment look new .
my complaints about the beds and mattress uncomfortable 2 rooms the beds make a lot of noise every movement , the ceiling fans were very dusty And AC cover . The shower curtain was had a lot of mold on it they need change .

Great Property
The property is just as listed. The condo was clean and in a great location. It is a short walk to the beach access and the beach was not crowded. Located only minutes from the bridge to Morehead. I traveled with my children, their cousins, and a friend. The children ranged in age from 8-16 and we had no problems. Only thing I would suggest, is that if you are traveling in a large vehicle, you may need to park behind the condo, as the parking can be a bit tight.Would definitely stay here again.

Cute beach themed property
Accurate description and up-to-date photos of rooms. Well laid out and furnished rooms. Comfortable beds and reclining chair with foot stool. Great location! Right by the beach access and very close to "the circle". Only complaint was; TVs were fairly small. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Love, love, love
I would love to have a little place like this for myself. It was just enough room. Everything was clean. The furniture and appliances were excellent! It’s right across from the beach but there was a little break where we could see the ocean from our front porch. The check in was easy. The property managers were very helpful the whole time. I would definitely recommend renting this location.

Our favorite
Wonderful property! This is our second stay here and we enjoy this rental. Only issue this time was with the occupants on the other side of the building. They were up most of the night, every night with very loud music. Kept my little ones up, but I understand it is hard to prevent this.
