3BR on Asbury Ave - Close to beach, boards & shops! Handicap Accessible

Our Ocean City beach condo is just a few blocks from the beach and boardwalk and in the heart of the Asbury Shopping district. There are 100s of shops and cafes all within walking distance of the condo.

The condo is completely handicap accessible with an elevator to the second floor which is where the condo is located. There are front and back balconies to enjoy the sea breeze. When you enter the condo you enter into the great room which is the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils and equipment you would need to prepare a home cooked meal during your stay if you would like a break from eating out every meal. There is a full bathroom in the hallway and another one off the master bedroom. Both the master and back bedrooms have a door to the back balcony. The front balcony is accessible from the great room.

Condo comes with one designated parking spot. Additional parking can be found on the street (free and metered) and in nearby lots (free and paid).

Important note: Linens and toiletries are NOT provided. Please bring your own sheets, pillow cases, towels, shampoos, etc.

Beach tags are needed to access the beach typically from Memorial day through Labor Day.

The interior of the property was clean and spacious. The location is ideal for boardwalk, beach, and local shopping/restaurants. My sister and 2 cousins met to share Christmas cookies. We each brought 3 different types and shared. We walked on the boardwalk, played cards, and enjoyed each others company. Loved the towns decorations. Can't get enough of the beach any time of year.

Well-appointed condo in a great OC location
Before arriving, the host sent us a very helpful welcome guide which answered all my basic questions and more. We appreciated the elevator; there are stairs but they lead to an outdoor balcony, so the balcony door(s) must first be unlocked if you wanted to come up the stairs. We did have trouble with two of the three balcony doors not being able to lock, and the host was appreciative of us notifying them of the issue. The condo is pleasant and spacious. You do need to bring your own sheets and towels but that is pretty standard for OC rentals. We did find the bed pillows to be flat and worn out and should be replaced, but fortunately another reviewer already pointed this out so we brought a few of our own. All the bedrooms had their own TVs. No cable, but it’s 2023 and so you can access any of the streaming services you already subscribe to through Roku. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our purposes. We didn’t do much cooking, but compared to another condo we’d previously rented in OC over many years, we noted that this location didn’t have much in the way of pots and pans. We liked that the coffee maker could brew a pot or use a K-cup. Everything was very clean. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to fellow travelers.

Great location!
My three friends and I stayed here for the weekend. The condo was clean and welcoming. The location right on Asbury is perfect! Near so many shops and restaurants, and just a few blocks from the beach. The store on the first floor has everything you may need and their sandwiches were great! The only complaint is that the pillows need to be replaced on the beds, and maybe the mattresses in the guest bedrooms. I stayed in the primary bedroom and the mattress was fine! We will stay here again if we return to OCNJ!

Nice Rental
Very nice, clean rental property. Nice location with a little convenience store on the first floor. Owners are very quick to respond to messages Handicap accessible. Bring a wagon or beach cart because it’s about 3 blocks from the beach. Would definitely recommend and rent again.

July 4th Family vacation
We were visiting Ocean City with my handicapped father. The condo is completely handicap accessible which worked out great. The condo was excellent. Great location, the market downstairs was great. My one grip is that you need to bring your own sheets. I think this is standard for Jersey beach houses, but making beds after a long drive was not ideal. Overall I would recommend this condo.

Lovely property. Short walk to beach. Spacious. We had a great weekend here. Try the market downstairs for take out. Market traffic was no bother to us. Ice cream across the street was amazing too!
