Step inside to a spacious, sunlit living area featuring two cozy sofas, an oversized armchair, and modern technology, including six TVs, a DVD player, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. Birthday Getaway
8 women, friends since elementary school, were looking for a fun couple of days at the shore. We loved the beachfront location and direct access to the Boardwalk. Although it was off-season, we found a great sandwich shop (Walter’s),and spent time walking the beach. Watching the surfers was an added highlight. Dinner our last evening at The Crab Trap was delightful. All in all a wonderful three days!

Family Vacation
Love the location and overall we had a great time. It was a family vacation with our adult children and 3 grand babies. They did have some maintenance issues; -The couches and accent pillows were Very dirty in the living room. :-( A few minor issue's …broken toilet paper holder, unusable pots and pans … screen off patio track.. (The property manager was very responsive addressed quickly). :-) -middle bedroom w/bath: uncomfortable mattress -kitchen sink; it takes a while to get hot water - 2 dirty white unholstered chairs in kitchen need to be trashed. -trash cabinet in kitchen very dirty. I suggest they get a different cleaning crew that will pay more attention to detail and alert management if something needs to be addressed.

Great week!
We had 8 adults and 5 grandchildren in our group, ages 2 to 5. The location was terrific with great access to the beach and boardwalk. Kim and Steve were very responsive! There was a small issue with a hinge on the door to the washer/dryer when we arrived and it was fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend!

Location, location, location
This condo was perfect for our family beach week. The views of the ocean and boardwalk were fantastic - you really felt like you were in the middle of it all at Ocean City, and yet still quiet and peaceful. We spent so much time at the beach and boardwalk - with the proximity to the beach, we could go, play and swim, leave our chairs and go back for lunch and then head back out. We walked the boardwalk multiple times a day - with a coffee in hand during the peaceful morning and back at night for ice cream or games. Great week at the shore!

Fantastic boardwalk location!
We usually stay on the south end, but tried this property out for boardwalk access this year. It's pretty ideal for our kids ages (7-12), as all of the action is a brief 5 minute walk. The beach was super convenient and the house had plenty of chairs, boogie boards, and a cart to haul it all. The house is well appointed, so my only suggestion is if you want a nice pillow or nonstick pans that arent scratched (as they always are at rental properties) plan to bring your own. The bathrooms were nicely updated and the deck had a great ocean breeze throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Just perfect!
Our book club has been going to the beach in the spring for about 20 years. This is our first trip to OCNJ and we loved it! This beach house couldn't have been better! It was clean, updated, nice lay out and a it has a great view of the ocean. We will be back!

This house is AMAZING!!! =). Hosts are AMAZING with good communication. =). We had a wonderful time at this location!!! =). We cooked in and ate out. =). Kitchen was well stocked. =). We walked the boardwalk/rode bikes on the boardwalk. House is clean and in an excellent, quiet location!!! =). We sat out on the deck with family, wine and laughter!!! =). Great location for an O.C. getaway
This property is a stunner. It is fully equipped with everything but food for a great stay. Ramp to the boardwalk is literally outside your door, and the unit is at the end of a cul de sac. Rainy day? No problem, enjoy the stunning view of the boardwalk and the ocean from the living room while sitting in front of the gas fireplace. We had a group of 5, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is fully equipped, the owners provide games, puzzles and other fun stuff to do when you are not at the beach or boardwalk. Owners are attentive and engaged to ensure that you have a great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful oceanfront condo. We spent our Thanksgiving holiday here. It looks just as great as the pictures and had enough space for our large family. Great balcony overlooking the ocean, which we enjoyed despite it being November. Easy access to the Boardwalk and the beach.
