Brand new AC installed for the 2024 season!! ON THE BOARDWALK!! BEACH FRONT! Kitchen and all 3 bathrooms have been beautifully remodelded with corrian and granite. Kitchen is fiully sotcked and has new stainless steel appliances. There's plenty of room for the whole family in this 3 BR 3 Bath house. Every bedroom gets their own bathroom in this Beach front Beauty!! It doesnt get much better than this!!

Thanksgiving Getaway
This house was the perfect location for our Thanksgiving getaway. There was enough space to have some family over for Thanksgiving dinner and game night. The kids enjoyed throwing the football around on the beach and taking walk on boardwalk after dinner. We are looking forward to next year!

Can't Beat the Location!
The location is amazing--right off the boardwalk and an entrance onto the beach! Close to the shops/restaurants/amusements on the boardwalk, but still nice and quiet. The layout of the house is fantastic--nice outdoor space (both covered and uncovered), large kitchen and living area, and nice big windows that look onto the boardwalk and the dunes. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this property is great for families and one of the bedrooms and bathrooms is on the first floor which is also nice. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathrooms and bedrooms are a great size. The garage offers a shower/area to rinse off, and it's a great place to store beach stuff. The beach cart and beach chairs were great to have at the property!

Lovely Beach Stay
What a nice place! Very well appointed, right on the boardwalk. A bit of a walk to the "action" on the boardwalk but the beach area here was perfect. room for many people. not cramped. the condo had just about everything you could ever want. even neighbors were pretty nice. plenty of street parking in the area for 2nd and 3rd cars. the only knock would be NOT being able to park in garage...no room and door does not open all the way. it's fine. but you can't lock the garage either, or at least we could not figure out how to! the last nit would be to add a hook or two in the master bath. nowhere to hang a wet towel. but honestly, a fantastic place. Missy was so great and helpful. great property.

This was the perfect beach place for my sister, my daughter, and my elderly mom who can only do limited stairs. Loved the easy beach access for her and being on the quiet end of the boardwalk but just a short walk to the shops and rides. Beautiful, well equipped, and well maintained property; our top pick for future trips to the shore.

Very nice property and a great stay
The unit is very well equipped, and the property manager was very responsible to any questions or concerns that we had. The location is quiet, just steps from the beach with a ramp just outside your door. Although it is off the beaten path slightly, you can be in the heart of the boardwalk action quickly. Really enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to stay there again!

Family Shore Vacation
This was our first time in Ocean City and it was so nice there! The unit that we rented was great: well maintained, well stocked with everything you would need, and perfect location!! The only issue we had was that the AC wasn’t working but Missy responded to my messages about the issue very quickly and made arrangements for service to be done as soon as possible. We enjoyed our vacation and would definitely consider renting this unit again.

Awesome location and immaculate property
We stayed the week of July 4th and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for teens to walk boardwalk, yet far enough away from the crowds to relax on the patio. We had easy access to the beach, and the property was nicely equipped with kitchen necessities. Loved the open family room area and lots of windows to people watch. The host was very responsive to any questions and made it easy to plan for the trip.

Great Experience Even When Unforeseen Issues Arise
Checked into the house on a late Saturday afternoon and immediately noticed that the air conditioner wasn't working. I called Missy, and she had someone out to check on things within hours. The AC repair person said that the AC likely wouldn't be operational until after my stay. Missy and the owners worked with me that night to give me options on whether to stay, go to a different location, or come back at a later date. In short, even though an unforeseen issue arose, they worked with me to find a solution that fit all my needs.

Amazing location! Not on the busy part of the boardwalk, but close enough to walk everywhere. Loved being right in the corner with beach access. Best of all, bathrooms for all! Haha! Everything was great, couldn't get a better location. Beach wasn't crowded, Hardly any traffic. The only thing I would recommend is you put carpet treads on the 6 stairs leading to bedroom, my wife had socks on an slipped a slid down the stairs on her rear, luckily she just got bruised.
