*** Heads up! The Rhythm & Spirits restaurant, located behind the apartment, usually starts playing music around 10 or 11 AM, and you might catch some of those tunes inside your unit. If you are here to celebrate anything, DO NOT hang items to the wall using any adhesives except painter’s tape or command strips. If you use thumbtacks, duct tape, masking tape, scotch tape, or anything else damaging to the walls you will be charged accordingly. NO GLITTER ALLOWED. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee if glitter is found in the house.
