The house was extremely clean, great location and very comfortable!
It’s very well maintained and decorated very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with all items necessary for cooking. The beds were comfortable, lots of closets. Would stay again in a heartbeat. And the owner was very reachable to any questions that arised . Had a memorable few days.

Amazing house! Immaculate! Beautiful! Close to everything!
We loved this house! So beautifully decorated. High end appliances. Quality through and through. Brought our baby granddaughter who is crawling . This house was immaculate to my relief! We brought our Boxer and our daughter’s parrot. A beautiful fenced in yard with gorgeous landscaping. We appreciate and enjoy a well maintained home and Jerry keeps this property at high standards. The beach cart he added this year made trips to the very close beach even easier for us. Thank you Jerry! We were blown away and plan to return.

Do it! Great spot!
We had a fantastic experience at Jerry's house in Brigantine! It is easy to access the beach, making it convenient for our family to come and go all day! The house comes with badges, a beach buggy, an umbrella, and chairs—how easy! The house is stunning and well-appointed. It's perfect for family gatherings. With amenities like a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a backyard, an outdoor shower, multiple decks, and a safe and secure environment, it offers a bit of everything. Cooking and barbecuing were a dream with great appliances. The ocean views from the third-floor deck are awe-inspiring, and it became a great place for my elderly folks to relax and enjoy. For our stay, the ages ranged from 6 months to 85 years old and included four teens. We had a blast and easily found communal and personal space. I also love that we could bring our beloved dogs. The house has a great yard for dogs, too! Jerry, the host, is kind, welcoming, and responsive, ensuring that any questions are immediately answered! Very kind indeed! Thank you, Jerry! I highly recommend this stay because it combines convenience, stunning views, comfort, and excellent hospitality. It is a place where families can create lasting memories by the sea. Five stars!

Wow! Such a gem of a place
I cant express enough how incredible our almost two weeks were. The amount of pride put into their home is unparalleled. I am so aplreciative to have been able to wake up, take after beach naps with the dogs, all while listening to the ocean right from the bedroom! Our family has now stayed at about 6 different homes and there is no comparison to Jerry's. This is it! The small fenced in yard is beautifully landscaped and a perfect place for our dogs. The updates made to the home make it modern and super clean! The walk (steps) to the beach are worth the stay alone! Not having to drive and being right where the lifeguards was ideal, especially with a six and 2 year old. Not to mention having a room downstairs for our 76-year-old father was perfect. This was the first time i had to bring own towels sheets and soap, but overall i wpuld not change a thing. So incredibly thankful this home is pet friendly and already looking to stay again ASAP!

The property and accommodations are top flight from the comfort of the furniture and bedding to the beauty of the ocean views and gardening in the back yard! We had the most delightful stay which accommodated so easily the needs of my family and grandchildren!!! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably clean. It truly felt like a home away from home, especially for my kids and our beloved husky, who thoroughly enjoyed every moment. Waking up to the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore each morning was a highlight of our stay. The beach view added an extra layer of tranquility to our experience. What a beautiful house. The size and layout worked perfectly for our family gathering for Thanksgiving week. We had two dogs that just loved the backyard and going for runs on the beach. Communication with Jerry was easy, and he made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great space for families
Great space, perfect for families (able to put all 3 kids together on same floor as us). Kitchen well stocked. Great open living space. Washer and dryer conveniently located for daily laundry post beach. Only note is there is no direct access to the beach (short walk). Had a great time!

Great Family Vacation Spot
This was our second time staying at this property and we throughly enjoyed it. The location is great if you have little kids as it is a very short walk to the beach. We loved the ocean views from the porches. The house had plenty of room and was very clean and comfortable. I’m sure we’ll be back again!

Perfectly lovely!
The house was beautifully decorated and kitchen had everything you would need! Lots of beach chairs which were in great shape! We loved sitting on the decks for drinks and meals! The best part for our family was the backyard lawn for our dogs! And the location of the house was perfect too… could walk to several restaurants, which was nice since we had a 2 month old with us. Loved everything !!!

Property was very spacious and clean when we arrived. The owners even left a tray of cookies for us on the counter which was really nice! Access to the beach was easy, views of the beach were amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Stunning property and view!
What an incredibly property and so much more then expected. It's been remodeled so the kitchen is high end and their are scratch proof hardwood floors throughout. No carpeting like shown in the pics. The view from the master is breathtaking. The ocean is the best sound on the planet. The home was emaculate with everything you could want and the hosts were sooo accommodating. Down to me leaving my speaker there and tgem finding it for me after I left. The downstairs is like an inlaw suite. So nice to have a separate spot for privacy. It's def more casual in Brigantine but Margate is close by if your looking for more upscale resturants. Our fav was cellar 32 in Brigantine and Soulberri Coffe and Smoothies was our second fav. Yiannas was great too. We can't say enough great things! Thank you Jerry for all of your help! You're the best.

Awesome beach house!
Just returned from a one week stay at this property and want to let the world know how great it was! :) The pictures online do not do the house justice. It is completely renovated, modern, and has beautiful views of the beach, especially on the third floor. Could not be more pleased and would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Jerry.
