Seven Oaks

Cottage au bord du lac situé sur le côté est du lac Owasco (Cottonwood Lane Firelane 4) à 3 km de Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, à moins de 8 km de la ville d'Auburn et à seulement 13 km du village de Skaneateles.
Seven Oaks est un chalet à deux étages. L'espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée comprend une cuisine, une salle à manger et une grande salle familiale avec vue sur le lac ainsi qu'une grande chambre principale et une deuxième salle de bain complète, laveuse et sécheuse. La chambre au deuxième étage et l'espace adjacent avec des lits superposés peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes.
Grande terrasse pour manger et se détendre avec une vue imprenable sur le front de mer toute la journée et des couchers de soleil à couper le souffle le soir.
Il y a 35 marches jusqu'à une plage plate et un quai privé. Pour votre plaisir, il y a deux kayaks, une planche à pagaie, un foyer sur la plage et un barbecue à gaz sur le pont. L'allée accueille 4 places de parking.

Fantastic 2 Weeks @ Seven Oaks
The cottage served our needs perfectly. The accomodations were comfortable and clean. Sunsets and moon rises were stunning. Evening campfires by the lake were magical. We enjoyed hosting family and friends during our stay. Rick, the host, checked in on us periodically by text message. He picked up the trash and recyclables every few days. We highly recommend this property and hope to return. Rick

Amazing sunsets!
This property had everything we needed for a relaxing lake vacation. The cottage was spacious, the furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials. The living room and large deck are facing west, providing the best sunset view every evening. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to activities in the town of Auburn. The dock was great for fishing and having kayaks available was a bonus. Rick’s hospitality is amazing! I would love to stay here again!

No downsides to this property at all. Lovely lake view without moving from the sofa. Beautiful sunsets. Great coffee pot and kitchen amenities. Comfortable furnishings, great deck, with lots of seating and quiet neighborhood. Great place to recharge ypur batteries.

The Very Best
There are not enough superlatives to rate this property! The spectacular view sitting on the deck makes it all worthwhile! But that’s just the icing. It’s a perfect location. I’ve stayed at a number of places but this one outshines them all. I literally did not have to bring anything. Kitchen is well stocked with every item you will need. The “manager” certainly makes you feel welcomed and concerned you are comfortable with everything you need. If I could give more stars, I would! MLT

I had the pleasure of staying at this lakefront cottage recently, and it was an absolute delight. Riccardo was very responsive and I really appreciated that;thank you Ricardo. The location is great; loved watching sunsets on the lake every night. Sadly the whole house and deck need lots of TLC!!! The house needs central a/c; it got very hot at night to sleep. The bbq grill is rusted. The toilet seat downstairs needs securing. The whole interior needs to be painted. It could be a very nice house! The deck needs to be sanded and stained. Bed was comfortable.

We really enjoyed this property’s location. It was a beautiful view of the lake. We were the first visitors of the season so there were some glitches. Thankfully the host was very kind and responsive to everything. It was the perfect size for our family to enjoy a graduation weekend and time together.

Location, views, and amenities galore!
We absolutely LOVED our stay at Seven Oaks! The home is beautiful inside and out with everything you need (inside and out) to make your stay exceptional! The kitchen is well-equipped; the kayaks are so much fun; there's a great dock to sit on over the water, and ample deck and yard space for everyone. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed (including setting up the fire pit for us) and were comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend staying here for your next vacation in the Finger Lakes. The views of the lake are spectacular from nearly every room in the house. We can't wait to come back. One week wasn't long enough!

Excellent view and colorful sunsets
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, mostly due to the great view - no matter the weather conditions - from inside in the family room. The owner was quick to respond to questions and to bring needed supplies after we arrived. The long walk down to lakeside was worth the effort though in mid October the cool winds would chase us back inside. The accommodations were cozy enough, but the main floor doubled as a constant sobriety test, which kept us on our toes! It would have been nice if the gas fireplace worked on some of the colder nights. Thanks for sharing your house!
