The open-concept living room and kitchen create a welcoming space, with a pull-out couch for extra sleeping arrangements. Step onto the expansive balcony that runs the length of the building, providing stunning views of the pool and backyard—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The spacious bedroom features a king bed, a comfortable seating area with a couch, and direct access to the balcony. A full bathroom with a tub/shower completes this charming retreat.

Whether you're here for a peaceful escape or a base to explore Georgetown, this quiet, secluded unit has everything you need for a memorable stay.

You'll have access to the entire guesthouse for you and your guests. The backyard amenities, like the pool and hot tub, are shared with the main house and the other guest house on the property.

We're available on the app with anything you may need during your stay. If we see you around, we'll wave and say hello but we generally let you have your privacy.

Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are also available for local travel.
Only registered guests stay on the premises and use the outdoor amenities, such as the pool and grill. If you would like to invite additional guests to utilize the outdoor amenities, please let us know in advance and obtain our approval. Please note that unauthorized guests will result in additional charges & will be asked to leave. We want to ensure that all of our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and fair environment for all.
