Communication is a high priority.
Report any issues that you have immediately was an instruction I seen on your brochure. I reported at 8:30 Sunday morning that a sliding glass door was broken. This sliding door was broken prior to our arrival and happened to be the one that led from the king suite to the hot tub. This ended up being where the guests who paid for the house stayed so that they would have ease to the hot tub. Why was there no communication about fixing this issue? Why did no one come and fix the issue? Why were there broken beer glass bottles over the property? Why did none of the blinds work? These are all issues I encountered upon our stay but the first issue never got addressed. If you offer a service it is your responsibility to deliver said service. Also why was the house ready for us to stay at when it clearly was not? These are the few questions I have right now. I don’t expect these to be answered at all since no questions have been answered since I arrived to the property. Hopefully since you offered a feedback service you will respond to this though, but my hope on a reply from you guys at this point are extremely low.
