**RESORT FEES**: Important, below fees are separate and additional. ALL guests of this Resort are required to pay resort fees, regardless of reservation source. This includes guests who book with the Resort directly. Fees (subject to change by the Resort) are paid directly to the resort upon arrival, thus fees are not able to be included here. While we work closely with Resort staff, we are not affiliated with the Resort. This condo is privately owned and operated, giving you the benefit of reduced rates, and personalized service.
Additional Resort Fees plus local tax are:
- $75 booking fee, per stay
- $100 resort fee, per night
- $45 on-site valet parking, per night, per vehicle (if bringing a vehicle)

This privately owned and operated condo is located in the main building of the Riverfront Resort & Spa. Surround yourself with expansive mountain views outside, and our curated collection of modern Pop Art inside.

Relax with luxury linens, plush towels, and premium amenities that elevate the travel experience for any discerning guest. Spacious living area features brilliant mountain views, and cozy fireplace.

High-end fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters with seating (2 at bar top) and adjacent dining area with custom table (seats 6) for family dinners and game nights.

Coffee? Craft your custom cup with our signature Luxart coffee and hot chocolate bar. High-end LatteGo machine makes everything from black coffee to cappuccinos, complimentary local’s favorite Vail Mountain coffee and all the fixings! Herbal teas too! Want more? Starbucks CafĂ© on-site (seasonal).

Housekeeping is customized to the needs of each guest and is provided by the host (not the resort). As extra amenities are always provided housekeeping is normally not provided or needed for short stays. Complimentary mid-stay clean provided for stays 5-nights or longer. Daily housekeeping available for additional charge.

This condo is available in a 2 or 1 bedroom configuration. We also host several other similar condos at this Resort.

OTHER NOTES:

Room Check-in with the Resort front desk 4pm or after (arrive at the resort anytime 1pm or after). Check-out as late as 11am.

PETS: Up to 2 well behaved dogs of any size are most welcome! Non-refundable pet fee of $75, per stay. Resort is very dog friendly with plenty of spaces to run and play. (No other pets allowed.) Please do not leave dogs unattended, unless crate trained and not prone to barking. We are glad to recommend a local dog sitter if needed.

**Guest Verification: Additional guest verification is required at least 48 hours prior to arrival. We are committed to protecting our properties and guests. We partner with Truvi, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. After confirming your reservation, you will be contacted separately to verify your information. Some states/local regulations require this additional verification.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS (when requested and approved prior to arrival):
- Pet Fee: $75
- Grocery Pre-stocking: $50 (plus actual cost of groceries)
- Optional Daily Housekeeping: $100 per day (see housekeeping above)

No parties or events. No smoking or vaping of any kind in the condo or out on the balcony. No video/photography in the condo or resort unless approved in writing.

Standard check-in is 4pm or later. Check-out is 11am. Please know that your health matters to us, and additional cleaning time is required in between guests.

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed; please let us know after you book. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged. We are happy to coordinate a pet sitter for you if needed.

No parties, loud music or disturbances.

No smoking or vaping of any kind in the unit or on the balcony.

We had the best experience staying in this beautiful villa. The pictures were absolutely accurate. Kitchen was well equipped. Being able to use the Westin resort was a major benefit. Owner was very easy to work with. We have stayed in some really nice places over the years while skiing Beaver Creek and Vail. This was the best! I promise, you will not be disappointed.

I really do not want to write this review as I would love to keep this place a secret to myself. This is absolutely the best VRBO unit I have ever rented. the pictures are spot on, and the communication 2nd to none. If you're looking for a fantastic place for your family this will not disappoint. Plenty of room for the entire family and everything is stocked. The hosts reached out and made sure we were taken care of. I cannot say enough nice things. As a person who has a VRBO lake home, these guys do it like I do and go over the top. It might be expensive but it's totally worth it and you get what you pay for. We'll be back.

Wonderful vacation condo!

We have stayed at the Westin before, but this was our first time in a Pop Art villa and we will certainly be coming back! The room was very beautiful and well appointed. It had everything we needed to cook in the room which we enjoy doing. We love the convenience of being in the Hyatt with amenities like the gym, hot tub and restaurants while enjoying a nicely decorated space to stay in!

Best Stay for Fall Colors

We loved our stay here as a resident at the best Resort in town - all the amenities are amazing! Albeit, that we did pay daily for those amenities and parking, it was well worth it to play hard! All that is needed now is an indoor pickleball court to play when there is rain and snow in Avon. The property managers were very responsive to our inquiries, and we loved the roominess and warmth of the residence!
