semi-detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free
Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 5 people (4 Adults and 1 Child) with 2 Bedrooms
and 3 Bathrooms. Walking distance to the Beach and Restaurants.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are sea views from the living room.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, washing machine, dishwasher,
refrigerator and oven.

Villa Olympia has 2 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

Air-Conditioning
The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There
is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is
a daily charge of 10 euros, payable locally direct to the owner.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
