This sense of space continues into the large garden and courtyard, both wonderful areas to explore in the warmer months. The maximum occupancy for this property is 12 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 6 additional infants (aged 2 or under)
2 off street parking spaces available on the front driveway, ample off street spaces at the back of the property 
1 travel cot, 2 highchairs and 1 stair gate are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided)
1 fixed stair gate is also available on the main staircase

Please note that the spa area is available for use between 7:30am and 10pm. Children under 16 years old are not permitted to use the sauna and should not be left unsupervised in the spa area. Detailed rules for usage are hung on the wall and should be obeyed at all times for safety purposes
