Great place to relax after a day on the slopes!
We truly enjoyed the redone condo after skiing each day. It is one of the few places I have found there that has a King bed which is nice! Our daughter enjoyed having her own room to relax in. We played the games that were in the condo and cooked in kitchen. The kitchen had all the pots/pans and utensils we needed!

Everything you need - close to Beech Mountain Resort
Solid, clean, affordable option for a Beech Mountain getaway. I typically spend most of my days on the slopes, and this condo was a very comfortable place to come back to. Well stocked, good amount of space, full-kitchen, comfortable living room with ample seating, large laundry room with supplies, great water pressure and heat. The game room, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna were a nice plus if you're comfortable in a public area meeting new people. It was a decent walk up and down stairs to reach specific condo, but not a suprise given the description and past reviews. Though I went in winter, I saw a ton of outdoor games for summer weather - pickleball, shuffleboard, picnic tables, etc. If you're not looking for private cabin stay, this is a great option for families and friends where you'll feel comfortable, have some bonus amenities, and still be close to all of the Beech Mountain activities.

6th Thanksgiving Week at Pinnacle Inn (and best)
My wife and two sons spend every Thanksgiving at the Pinnacle Inn.and have stayed in 6 different condos (We've stayed in one twice but have gone outside of Thanksgiving). We always stay 5-7 days. This condo is the nicest, most up to date thus far and we WILL be booking it super early to make sure we get it again next year. Don't get it wrong, there are a lot of up to date nice condos at the resort. However, this one had a digital heat thermostat for the living room and kitchen (that's a first). It was renovated to be very modern and has all nice appliances, beds, showers, pots, pans, crock pot, everything you need. The two greatest things about this one versus other modern condos IS, The big laundry room, big washer and dryer! AND most importantly a 55 gallon water heater! We all could shower without freezing or waiting forever in between! Most the others have a 35 gallon (or smaller thrown in a closet). The beds slept amazingly the location is nice. You can tell the owners wanted a nice place for THEM and their guest not just a cheap rental place. I WILL be back!

You get what you pay for!
I have owned 2 separate units in this complex in 2002 & know this resort. The price was right for a 3 night stay with my grandkids & the only thing we enjoyed was the indoor pool because the top of Beech Mtn. Can be brutal with the fog, wind & cool temps even in the summer. The manager did not help me get the entry lock fixed so we had to leave the unit unlocked all the time. Unacceptable. They said they would come out & fix the broken entry right away next day but never showed, called or explained why. Sorry, I’ll never trust Vacasa again.

Place was nice, a little inconvenient to the parking lot access. No bath towels in the unit and could not get Vacassa to take any action to resolve. Hot and cold water fluctuates greatly in showers.

Nice place but terrible property
This condo is well-equipped and nicely furnished. We had everything we needed. The view off of the deck is beautiful. However, the property itself is in bad shape and is a terrible design. It took us a while to even figure out where the condo was. The numbering system is ridiculous. Make sure you get a map of the location of the condo. Don't count on the signage to help you.

Nicely decorated, well stocked with dishes and kitchen utensils. Loved the pool and rec opportunities. Great beds. Could use more towels for a family of four, and an ottoman for the easy chair would be nice.

This is our second stay at Pinnacle and we loved it. The condo was clean and well stocked, we wanted for nothing. The Keurig and K-cups were a special bonus for our arrival and stay. The recreation center has had an upgrade since our last visit and is a great amenity. Having that hot tub after a day of hiking or riding the rapids was a Godsend!! If there is a downside, it is the location of the unit, smack dab in the middle of the building. Here are some hints. Ride in and look left until you see the unit # on the porch. Pull up and unload, one person stay there and then drive up and park. You can either walk down the hill or on the walkway (you need to go down a level). The other option is to park and walk everything down, but it’s a haul. Overall the price and the stay was perfect for us…

Great condo, tough location
The condo was great, super cozy. The problem was the route that was needed to access the room. You needed to go through a series of doors and stairs to get to your room. Which led us handing bags and mountain bikes over the railing of the porch to get our belongings into the condo. This is the only negative thing I can say about the property.
