In town for distillery tours

Emily is a great host and has made this process very enjoyable. House is great with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a good size kitchen and a great porch off the back of the house. I will definitely stay at the house again, if giving the opportunity, next time I am in town.

This last minute getaway to spend News Years Eve with friends was a perfect find. The open flood plan was comfortable and roomy. Plenty of seating. A large kitchen table to play games comfortably for 6 adults. The bedrooms were comfortable as well.The deco was very nice. Highly recommend.

Bourbon Trail Gen

We loved staying here and had a great time with friends. Easy drive or ride share to the distilleries and downtown. Will definitely look into staying here again. The place was SO cute, clean, and well stocked.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful house. Emily thinks of every detail. We’ve stayed in our fair share of VRBOs and this is the best we’ve ever stayed in. It’s the best appointed we’ve experienced - it’s loaded with plenty of towels, linens, and it’s wonderfully laid out. Several of us are chemically sensitive to smells (especially on sheets and linens) and she didn’t use anything that was perfumed. Everything was immaculately clean. I had a question or two and she responded immediately. The location is great. I could go on and on. Trust me, this place is a “must stay”. You won’t regret it.

Bardstown Bourbon Trail College Reunion

The property was perfect. Very clean and the primary shower is exceptional. The only thing that was a slight let down was the proximity to downtown and the lack of Ubers in the area. Not something the property manager can control. I do highly recommend this property especially if you plan on visiting distilleries by day and hanging out in the house by night.

Home Away From Home

This property was a pleasant surprise! So conveniently located to Heaven Hill Distillery where my husband’s Bike MS ride was headquartered. We enjoyed quiet nights and had all the amenities including an outdoor dining space with party lights! Our two grandchildren enjoyed watching all the rabbits and birds in the shady front yard and played wiffle ball in the large backyard. Thanks to our host for thinking of everything to make us feel right at home!

Perfect!

We were delighted with this property. It was immaculately clean, spacious, well equipped with smart TVs, and even a mobile speaker! The location was just outside of town - very convenient to all historic sites, dining, and downtown shopping. We really enjoyed the back yard and very large lot - felt like we were in the country! There was a very nice firepit that we will enjoy during our return visits!

Beautifully updated home ready for you to enjoy. Completely stocked with everything for your stay. Details like a coffee grinder and French press option with creamer ready. No emergency grocery run before morning coffee. I pack a basket of items for vrbo stays and didn’t ever need it. Everything was ready above and beyond any expectation. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Flawless communication. You won’t be disappointed. Just book! Six stars!

Perfect spot for distillery visits

Bottled in Bardstown was the perfect choice for our long weekend getaway. The house is very close to downtown Bardstown and conveniently located to several distilleries. The house was stocked with many thoughtful amenities, well organized and made our time spent much more enjoyable. Beds are comfortable and the house is clean. Would stay again!

Amazing Gem in Bardstown!

From the moment we walked in, Emily's property just "felt like home". The 3/2 home was immaculate and warm, just a perfect retreat for those looking for some away time with family or friends and disconnect from the busy world around us. The kitchen had every accessory imaginable so mornings started right with fresh ground coffee and a great meal before hitting the bourbon trail. At night, we were able to engage as a family around the firepit, ignoring our phones and just ... talking - or star gazing. We were able to just be in the moment - everything a vacation is supposed to be. Rooms were warmly appointed, hangers and towels a plenty, beds were firm yet super comfortable, and my 15 year old son swears the couch is "the best" in existence. With nightlights and clear labels on switches we didn't spend days learning to navigate the house, it truly was our "home-a-way" from home. Located just outside (as in 1 minute from 'downtown') Bardstown, you are rural enough to feel the space around you, but close enough to the city that everything is super convenient. Only 10 minutes away from either Kroger or Wal-Mart, getting groceries and stocking up is a breeze. If you are a bourbon fan, you've got to check out Bardstown distillery for a tour and lunch, Heaven & Hill's tasting bar and for super small, but unique hit up Preservation. All are within 5 - 10 minutes of the property and give you that warm KY hug need. Thank you Emily, you are the best host ever!

Must Stay in Bardstown

We had such a remarkable stay in July, we knew we had to return this fall. Emily is an amazing host! Bottled in Bardstown is simply the best accommodation in the region. Traveling with my sister and brother-in-law, Emily welcomed us back with a lovely charcuterie upon arrival. No detail is left undone. We are looking forward to another stay!

WONDERFUL HOME

The host was absolutely amazing! We came to Bardstown on a work trip for our bourbon company to be a part of the Kentucky Bourbon Festival. The house was perfect! very clean, Everything was stocked and they had everything you could think of from a streamer for clothes, lint rollers, shampoo, soap and fully stocked kitchen utensils. Emily even had bottled water, snacks and a charcuterie board in the fridge for us. Also she wrote a great hand written letter. The patio was very nice for relaxing and the fire pit was a great way to wind down the day. I fully recommend and we will defiantly be staying anytime we are in the area!

Excellent place for bourbon trail trip

Our group of three couples has an amazing stay at Emily’s house for a long weekend. The house was even better than expected. It was super clean, included thoughtful touches like bathroom supplies and local attraction info, and was centrally located to several distilleries and restaurants. We loved the backyard fire pit and large dining table for hanging out. We felt completely at home and would return in a heartbeat.
