There will be no lack of comfort at this getaway, as you will walk in and immediately see the attention to detail and a perfect mix of rustic charm and modern luxury. After a long day on the mountain, everyone will love cozying up in the living area next to the wood stove as the culinary-inclined guests head into the gourmet kitchen to prepare a favorite recipe with ease. There will be no meal too complex for this kitchen, as the gas range, stainless steel appliances, and spacious island have you covered. Not to mention, you can also show off your grilling skills out on the wraparound deck with the gas grill as everyone else gathers around the firepit below! When it is time to settle down, head into the media room on the first floor to watch your favorite shows, or head upstairs and claim one of the four spacious bedrooms to get a bit of rest before another full day of adventure.

Annual White Mountain Vacation
We head up to NH to enjoy all the beautiful outdoor activities the White Mountains have to offer every year . We travel with two families with children ranging from 8-18. House was in a nice location, clean, and had all we for a fantastic vacation.

Recent stay
House is nice overall but the bedrooms and downstairs media room smell like pee, I’m guessing from renting to people with dogs. A lot of bugs and ticks outside this should be sprayed or guests should be made aware of the tick infestation in the yard. Would not stay here again.

Stay away from Vacasa property. They are a terrible company
The day before our check-in I called to speak with someone because up until now I had been automated to death with a scripted response about early check in. The person I spoke to had a tone in his voice like he hated his life and hated his job. He said I would get a text between 10-2 if I could check in "early". The next day, I called in and I could only text to see if I can check in early and the text said if it was possible I would be told between 12-3. What is the point if check in is 4? So, we did not get a text we arrived at around 6pm to find the house NOT cleaned. Dirty pads, bloody toilet paper in wastebaskets, beds not made, dirty counters with food on the stove and laundry on/in the machines. Cleaners showed up around 6pm and kicked us out. We had to wander NH for 2 hours before we were allowed back in the home. Vacasa ghosted us on every call and did not help. While on the phone with VRBO vacasa texted asking how we enjoyed the cleanliness of the home. I was beside myself. When we re-entered the home, it was NOT clean at all. We had to buy our own bedsheets and clean the home ourselves!!!! Noone from Vacasa called to say they would reimburse us even after multiple attempts by myself and after VRBO called them. They told VRBO they would call us with a confirmation of how much they would reimburse us and they never did. Instead they texted us to let them know when we left the home on our last day. Stay away from this place and Vacasa properties.

The cabin is far enough away from neighbors that you feel like you are very remote. The only issue I have is the exorbitant cleaning fees....when you have to wash the previous guests dishes and the dirty utensils in the drawer. I think "gourmet" is a bit much for the description of the kitchen, but it did meet our needs.

The home was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of beds for 10 people. There were 2 living rooms which was great if the kids and adults want to separate. Kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating. Ac in each of the bedrooms was great. We loved the fire pit and the games in th home were fun to play too. Would def return.

Nostalgia Night at Storyland
We had a great time, plenty of room for the 7 of us. It said no a/c but the upstairs rooms had them. The house hasn’t had an good inspection in a while. Insufficient lighting, even after we replaced the burn out lights. The exterior door didn’t lock which was very concerning. The shower door in the downstairs bathroom isn’t attached! Yikes.

Great house !
This house was great for our home base during our ski trip. We skied at Black Mountain which was really close-about a 10 minute drive. House was very clean and had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We used the grill which was also great to have. We will definitely rent this place again !

Everything was wonderful. Spacious house, great location, only 2 miles from Attitash. Property manager text me regularly and kept us updated. Very clean. There are 4 bedrooms but could sleep 9 and there are couches on main floor. Separate living room and another den to watch TV or play videos. Had fun cooking in spacious kitchen. Had everything we needed. What a fun time!

Winter Getaway
The home was spacious with plenty of room for our family to be together or spread out. Having two family rooms was a bonus. However, the living furniture was uncomfortable for seating. The back cushions were flattened. The kitchen was also spacious. However, there were no potholders to be found and several utensils and pans were put away dirty. The home is located close to great restaurants, hiking and skiing. It is set back from the road with a spacious driveway. The Property Management company reached out as soon as we checked in and gave us a name and phone number if we had any issues. On the 3rd day of our stay I contacted the Property Management company regarding and issue we were having with squirrels getting into the roof line from the farmers porch. They stated they would get someone out there to address the issue. I never heard back from the Property Management company again and no one came to address the squirrel issue.

Animal infested nightmare
What should have been a special family Christmas holiday gathering (3 nights), became a difficult night for rest and relaxation. About 9:30 P.M. we began hearing loud noises coming from inside the ceiling and walls of the house. There had to be multiple large animals making a racket. Our dog went crazy, which lasted most of the night. We left the next morning not wishing to spend another sleepless night with the animals within the walls/ceiling and drove the 5 hour trip back home on Christmas eve. This experience was not the family Christmas celebration that we were so looking forward to. We are still waiting for someone to contact us regarding our refund.

Great Girls Getaway!
We had an amazing time at Attitash Abode for our leaf peeping adventures! I wish we had more time to hang out at this adorable cabin in the woods! It was clean, comfortable, welcoming and we had plenty of our own space. There were 5 of us staying in the house. There were even games and puzzles! The only thing I would say is that more hand towels/washcloths would have been nice but that is literally not a huge issue! Each of us would highly recommend this oasis in the woods!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Very clean and well maintained home/property. We had one hiccup in that the gas ran out and we were not able to use the oven- after we had purchased dinners to make and fixings for a cake (we were up for a birthday). Gas company, naturally, wouldn’t deliver on the weekend so we were out of luck. Would definitely stay here again, great location, but will be making sure all appliances are working before getting settled next time :)

This is a great private property set back from the road. The house is roomy offering lots of space both indoors and out. Fire pit was a great plus. Loved the deck and all the kitchen space. Nicely located in Bartlett; easy access to Attitash, Storyland, Pinkham Notch and the North Conway area.

Spring Getaway
My family and I planned a quick Spring trip, to getaway. The house was exactly what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, but not too far away from the necessities. It was close to hiking trails and Mt. Washington. We enjoyed the fire pit out back and the house was clean, with everything we needed. Our dogs enjoyed it, as well. The location is great for Winter and/or Summer activities.
