In the heart of Basildon, is this beautiful home, that you will be very comfortable in. Professionally managed by Pass The Keys, and kept to an extremely high standard. Excellent transport links to London via A127, A13 and C2C. The property is extremely quiet, and perfect to relax in.

The space
As you enter into the property, you will see a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. beautifully furnished and immaculately clean. on the far side, is the shower room that has been built to an excellent standard. Up the spiral staircase is another toilet, and a very comfortable double bed

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire property

Other things to note
The property is located at the rear of the main house. Access is through a gated area, and the apartment is at the end of the drive

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
