Villa Liside is a charming three-story villa situated on a promontory facing the lake. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Liside you will enjoy a wonderful view of the lake Maggiore and of the mountains. Villa Liside is 600 square meters (6460 square feet). It features a private swimming pool and a private jacuzzi pool, private terraces, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) from the center of Baveno, where you will find restaurants, shops, the train station and the lake. You will find the closest beach (Lido Beach Club Baveno) at 1.7 km (roughly 1.1 mile). You will reach Villa Liside from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Liside you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.
Please kindly note. The rental price includes: final cleaning; linens; towels, changed mid-week; maid service from Monday to Friday 2 hours each day; beach/pool towels; electricity. The terrace is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant porch made of stone. It is equipped with small sofas and armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of the lake.

The patio is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the lake and of the swimming pool.
