Welcome to "Lake N Logs" at Center Hill Lake! --- designed for upscale cabin lake living. Lake N Logs has been recently renovated and decorated to meet your vacation needs. The log cabin is a three-level, three-bedroom-plus-loft cabin that is well-appointed, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. The home is set on a bluff and privately tucked into trees, wildlife and an unobstructed "to die for" view of Center Hill Lake (CHL) . Cookeville Boat Dock Marina is just 2 mi from property. Come stay with us!

A wrap-around deck on the main level and a second deck on the lower level ensures plenty of space to spread out. The wrap-around main level deck has two sofas, a table with six chairs, and a hightop table with four chairs -- all with a lake view! The lower level deck has a table with 4 chairs. We encourage you to wake up with the sunrise and enjoy a cup of coffee outside on the patio table, or watch others fish, jet skis or kayak below. Meanwhile, inside the cabin, nearly every room has a picturesque lake view.

Though surrounded by nature, accessing Lake N Logs is easy... No 4-wheel drive needed. Additionally, the cabin has easy entrance (no stairs required) off the side of the deck for accessibility and/or those with mobility-based needs. The main level and wrap-around deck can likewise be accessed without using stairs. Lake N Logs' driveway has plenty of room for vehicle parking and boats can be backed in. Looking to launch? Our cabin is only 2 miles from Cookeville Boat Dock Marina, where you can purchase a daily slip on your own -- or even rent a boat for the day. Kayaks too. Lake N Logs is family-owned and operated. We would love to accommodate your family! Our cabin has new beds, mattresses, bedding, towels, plates and glassware. We also provide a pack n play and booster seat for the little ones. The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you need to prepare a great meal at home. A second refrigerator (lower level) can be used for additional food, beverage and ice. The main level bathroom has a new washer and newer dryer, should you need to do laundry.

The pictures don’t do this cabin justice!!
This cabin was so beautiful!! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need! The view was amazing!! We loved just hanging on the spacious wrap-around porch. The pictures did not do this place justice! There were 8 of us, so it was nice to have the large kitchen table to play cards! Communication with the owners was great too. We would definitely rent this place again! 5

Fall Lake Getaway
Our family of 10 came down to the cabin for a Thanksgiving getaway. It was lovely. The cabin was equipped with everything we needed and was clean and organized. The host was responsive and kind. The view was 10/10 and the wrap around porch was a dream. Will definitely come back again.

Remote peace and quiet with all of the amenities
We did a couples' meet up with one couple driving in from Atlanta (took 5 hours) and one from Indianapolis (took 6 hours). This is remote - plan accordingly because it's tricky to navigate in the dark and you may be driving for hours on back country roads. However, once you get there, you will never want to leave. The photos do not do the views nor the home justice. That view - we sat out on the back deck for HOURS just talking and watching the birds and boats go by. The foliage was gorgeous and without light pollution, we got to see Venus and Saturn well once the sun went down. The house had more than enough room for our 2 couples. We are big cooks and had every spice, appliance and bowl we needed. Oh and everything was labeled including the light switches which made it so much easier to navigate a home that isn't yours. This group is picky about where we stay and have already determined we will be back next year! Thank you, Faye for a wonderful stay.

Magical Location
An inviting, comfortable home perched on a magnificent vantage point . Very quiet location with an unforgettable view. Very nice fire pit area for an evening bonfire. Only bad thing about our stay was how short it was. Would have liked to have stayed longer.

So great we came back!
We LOVE this property at Center Hill Lake. So much so we came back a second time and it probably won’t be our last visit! The view is unlike anything you can get anywhere else. Even when we aren’t having fun out in the beautiful lake right below we enjoy just relaxing at all hours on the deck. You will not forget or regret staying here.

Relaxing getaway
The pictures are all very accurate with the view being incredible in person. The best part of our trip was relaxing on the deck in both the mornings and evenings. There are places within 20-30 minutes to hike, see waterfalls, and also great restaurants in the college-town nearby (Tennessee Tech). We would definitely stay there again. Faye, the host, does a great job with providing everything you would need to dine in as well. Great trip!

Fabulous home on the lake. Beautiful sunrises. Extremely well appointed home. Kitchen amenities A+. Comfortable and ample beds and baths. Wrap around porch with lots of seating. Firepit pad awesome! Great home for family gathering. Cookeville was a great little town to visit and the area waterfalls are a must see! Highly recommend this rental.

Family Getaway!
Our whole family had a wonderful time! 5 stars on everything! Cabin is beautiful and clean! Beds are comfortable! The views from inside the large windows and from the porch are amazing! Glorious slice of heaven!
Views for days!!! 💛 Every inch of Lake N Logs was exactly as pictured and even more beautiful in person. The home was above and beyond clean, well stocked with necessities. Bed was comfortable and again, the views from every room, did not disappoint. So much to do and see, we went a different direction each day to explore the stunning country side, especially a visit to Harmony Lane Farms for a goat fix! IYKYK 😉 Faye & Vince were very responsive although we didn’t have but one question. Thank you Faye & Vince for sharing this beautiful home. It’s just what the soul needed.

Stunning view
The cabin is beautiful and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very functional and user friendly. It was unusually warm during our stay but the air conditioning kept us comfortable. The interior of the cabin is terrific but it is the outside that makes the cabin wonderful. The views from the wrap-around porch are absolutely spectacular. We spent most of our time at the cabin sitting on the porch, luxuriating in the scenery. Owls serenaded us each evening and fog banks in the morning made us feel as though we were drifting in the clouds. The cabin is quiet and peaceful - a great retreat!

Love this place!
We love this place so much we came back for a 2nd stay. This cabin is absolutely lovely. The view is spectacular! Faye is a wonderful host. This is the best stocked rental we've ever experienced. It takes no more than 5 minutes to get to the boat dock (Cookeville). It is close to Burgess Falls as well. All the bedrooms are very comfortable. We couldn't ask for anything better. It has plenty of amenities if you want to bring kids, and I think you'd have a great time. You would just want to make sure your children obey the rule to stay out of the backyard. Center Hill is a lake built in a mountainous area. When Faye says it has a steep drop off, she is not teasing. If you have mischievous children, I'd wait until they are old enough to recognize the danger. Otherwise, I think this cabin is perfect for everyone. Thanks Faye! We hope to see you again next year!

The view took our breath away!
The pictures online of the beautiful view of Center Hill Lake from this property do not do it justice. We will come back again just for that view, but honestly, it was just the beginning of what this beautiful property had to offer. A wrap around deck, an upstairs with a bathroom in the bedroom, a loft room, a main floor with bathroom attached to the master, huge kitchen fully stocked with everything you could want including a gas stove, a double sided fireplace, giant kitchen table for tons of people, and downstairs had a bedroom, bathroom, Murphy bed, and a hangout space with games and a Foosball table. The Novak's leave little things that you never see anywhere else like full bottles of shampoo and conditioner, full bars of soap, a welcome bowl of s'mores fixins, Bluetooth speaker, corn-hole set, a firepit surrounded with adirondack chairs, and multiple seating areas on the deck. You can even log into the Wi-fi with a QR code which we thought was really cool! Next time we will take our boat straight to the Cookeville Boat dock (about 5 min away, yummy food till 8pm, and super friendly staff) to rent a slip during our stay because the driveway is a little long to back into. We had a blast playing on CH Lake. It's perfect for fishing, skiing, or just going for a boat ride which is what we did one day. We went all the way to Hurricane Marina about 30 min away for lunch at Blue Water Grille (highly recommend)! We can't wait to rent here again!
