This is an affordable Vacation Rental that is Comfortable and Clean! It is located on a secluded and quiet street, newly furnished duplex with memory foam beds and new crisp- clean white linens!

A bit eclectic, all newly designed for a cool and fun laid back stay in the Bay!

Two Bedrooms located on the second floor-easy soft and clean carpet lined stairs to reach your bedroom of choice. Beautiful views of Oak trees outside windows. Very peaceful with natural serene Treehouse Views!

King Size bed and a Queen bed per bedroom, each with a smart TV.

Shared Vintage style bath for soaking or a hot shower.

First floor has a smaller sized sofa, barrel chair and a recliner chair along with a marble top dining table that is adjacent to the kitchen and includes a half bath that has a brand-new washer and dryer.

Outdoor patio is screened in with a table and chairs, fun for morning coffee, dining, having cocktails and just hanging out! There is also a detached garage if needed for storing your vintage car during Cruisin the Coast or just to use anytime for golf cart or another vehicle to keep covered.

Quaint and cozy
Never figured out the TV. Couldn't locate the channels we like to watch, but since we didn't spend much time "at home" it didn't really matter much.The unit above the bed hums periodically which was a bit disturbing until we turned on the window unit to drown it out. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!Only 2 wine glasses (one of which had a crack). Would have expected 4. No corkscrew, but luckily the wine had a screw top.

Fantastic home
Nice home with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. Comfortable beds. Beach was certainly within walking distance to the home in a very quiet neighborhood. We drove into NOLA for the day and it was about 45 minutes and such an easy trip.

Very Clean Property
This house was really cute, clean, and well thought out. My SO, 1YO granddaughter, and I enjoyed our stay. The owner was super fast to respond to an inquiry and went out of their way to be a great host. Nice screened outside area away from mosquitos and hose/brick setup for getting sand off. Quiet street on a busy weekend but right off main beach hwy still. We felt totally safe walking at dusk.

Perfect Little House
Great place to stay in a great location. Just far enough away from the downtown block that it is quiet and secluded. No traffic on the street and nice porch sitting area. It is a duplex but you would never know you are attached to another unit. Awesome air conditioning also, cold as an ice box. I would recommend an ice maker in the fridge and new shower head in the bathroom. Minor things!

This property is conveniently located 1block from beach and about 4 blocks from downtown. Beds were comfortable and screen porch was a nice place to kick back. Not a ton of kitchen supplies, but the basics were there. Terri was prompt and helpful when needed. All in all, a very nice stay!

The house was everything we could have wanted for our stay in the Bay. Great location, clean, comfortable bed, full stock of kitchen needs and the 2nd half bath was surely welcomed. Kerry could not have been a better more gracious host. we'll be back!!!

I haven’t spent much time in Bay St Louis. but I can promise you that is about to change! We loved the area, and this house was perfect for us. Kerry, the property manager, obviously knows a thing or two about what people enjoy when they travel. Excellent mattresses, lots of good towels and those pillows… Better than the ones I have at home. She is also quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed the walk to Old Town, and it was also nice to walk off the delicious cheeseburgers on the way back. We highly recommend this house! Clean, well stocked and walkable with an excellent property manager.

Great location, home and neighborhood
Our visit was for Boo in the Bay, this home is in a good location to several restaurants, enjoy the parade and to downtown. The home was clean, pretty and comfortable. Easy instructions to enter and operate everything. The lanai was very nice, wish we could have spent more time out there. It was nice that the property was cool when we arrived and the lights were on because we arrived after dark. Coffee pods, creamer and sugar was provided, along with cotton pads and Q-tips, shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, all detergents to wash anything. The home stayed cool with mini-split AC units in every room!!!! I do wish the ice maker worked, but everything else worked. Many, many towels and washcloths were provided!!!! The bottle of wine was a very nice touch and appreciated …. Thank you for making us feel at home.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. Very quiet neighborhood and surroundings. Property was very clean and just as pictures and described. Very short distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars in the Bay. Also right off the Bay Bridge for a quick ride to the Pass or Long Beach.
