Located just a few blocks north of the beach and minutes from Downtown Bay St. Louis, the Beach, Fishing, Kayaking, Dining, Entertainment & More, Sea Starr Coastal Cottage offers 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a screened in porch, a large fenced in backyard, and plenty of parking. Our cottage boasts a unique coastal flair with most of our decor created and handmade by our owner, herself! Guest Bedroom One offers a queen size bed, dresser, nice sized closet, and a Roku Smart Tv. The Bunk Room offers a twin over full set of bunk beds with built in stairs and dresser, a nice sized closet, and a Roku Smart Tv. A large, flat-screen Roku Smart TV, a couch that holds a full size sleeper sofa, 2 chairs for extra seating, plus an ottoman, can be found in our Living Room. Our open and spacious kitchen and dining areas offer a unique, one of a kind, coffee bar area with a coffee grinder, a large dining room table that seats 5 comfortably, frosted beer mugs awaiting your favorite beverage in our freezer, plus all of the comforts of home in the event that you decide to stay in and cook. Directly off of the kitchen is our amazing, screened in, porch area that offers seating for you to sip your morning coffee or to just relax and enjoy the coastal breeze! Our laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Sea Starr Coastal Cottage is family-friendly and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.

We want our guests to have an uninterrupted and pleasant stay. To help make that happen, we have provided a comprehensive Welcome Book full of information on things to see and do, as well as restaurant recommendations. If our guest ever need anything at all, we welcome a phone call and are very happy to provide recommendations or help in any way we can! Our cottage is the perfect choice for a couples retreat, a family vacation, or even just a weekend getaway.

We are PET FRIENDLY and have a 2-pet maximum. We require a one time, non-refundable pet fee of $75, per pet that must be paid at the time of booking. We do not allow any pets that are listed on the restricted breed list. If you are unsure as to whether or not your pet is listed on the restricted list, please message prior to booking. PLEASE NOTE: Pets MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES while outside of the home per the City of Bay St. Louis' leash law.

We do offer discounts for weekly stay and for guests staying for 30 days or longer!

• THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST OCCUPY THE PROPERTY FOR THE ENTIRE DURATION OF THE STAY.
• Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the property! Please dispose of cigarette butts safely and do not leave them on the grounds of the property. IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR GUESTS SMOKE INSIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A $500 FEE WILL BE ASSESSED. PRIMARY GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL COSTS INCURRED WITH DAMAGES AND MITIGATION IF COSTS EXCEED $500.
• NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OF ANY KIND are to be held at this property. Unauthorized parties or events will be assessed a $500 FINE.
• MAX NUMBER OF GUEST ALLOWED is 5. NO overnight guest other than those listed on your guest registration when your reservation was made. If you have guests other than those listed, the guest will be asked to leave, and you will be FINED $100 per guest that is not listed on your registration.
• ALL GUESTS are subject to removal from the property, by Property Management, for violating ANY terms of this agreement. NO REFUNDS will be given.
• PROPERTY IS EQUIPPED WITH LIVE, EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS.
• PETS ARE permitted and must be registered. We have a 2-pet maximum. A $75 non-refundable pet fee, per pet is required at the time of booking. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $500 FINE.
• The City of Bay St. Louis asks for QUIET HOURS to be between 10:00pm – 8:00am. This means NO loud music or high-energy activity outside during these hours.
• NO sandy shoes inside the property. Please remove your shoes prior to entry. There is a hose provided to rinse sandy clothing and shoes off prior to going inside.
• DO NOT move furniture. No inside furniture is to be moved outside. No outside furniture is to be moved inside.
• NO wet towels or clothing items on any of the furniture, beds, hardwood floors or carpet/rugs.
• When away from the property, set the thermostat at 77 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter.
• DO NOT park in the grass or on the side of the road. ONLY park in the designated parking areas.
• NO trailers, boats or RV’s are permitted.
• Any loss/damages are to be reported IMMEDIATELY. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items, apart from normal wear-and-tear items like light bulbs, etc. ANY damages or missing items during your visit will forfeit or be deducted from your deposit.
• I give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• Upon departure, please follow the check-out instructions to ensure that you receive your full security deposit back.
• Be kind and courteous to the neighbors!

Very nice place to stay. About 1 mile (short car ride) from Bay Saint Louis activities. The space was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was surprising big. The fans in the closet was a nice touch. I have recommended and would stay again.

Perfect getaway!
What a darling beach cottage! You can tell the owner put so much thought and creativity in selecting, painting, and/or creating each piece of furniture and artwork. From having several supplies on hand that aren’t always furnished at other rentals to paying for a Netflix account so there is something to watch on television, to being accommodating to those that want to travel with pets — there were many ways in which we felt welcomed with hospitality. The location was also perfect! We rented a golf cart and made our way easily to the beach every morning and again for sunset. The neighborhood was very safe and convenient to downtown Bay St. Louis. Altogether, my husband and I enjoyed a perfect getaway weekend. Thank you!

Beautiful Beach Getaway!
The property is perfectly clean, decorated and stocked with kitchen supplies, laundry room and it has a fantastic screened-in porch. It is North of the railroad tracks, but a short drive to nice restaurants, shopping, fishing, and great local attractions. The only issue we had was a neighbor with a for sale sign in his yard; he was chatty but the property owner jumped directly into action. Also, no late check-outs, so if you are going charter fishing on your last day, be sure to take everything with you @ 5A. Great property!

The property was great and exactly as advertised. We were a little disappointed with the distance from the beach and attractions. Technically it’s less than a mile walk but the first few blocks of the walk made my wife a little nervous about the neighborhood.
