Entire Executive Home with Upscale Features

This is a custom one-level home situated on a .5 acre lot in a location that is central, but on a quiet and seemingly private street. It is close to trails and only about 5 miles from MCRD Parris Island (conveniently located for families of graduates).

The home has many great features, including a screened and an unscreened deck, instant boiling kettle water from a special tap (name), an office attached to the master bedroom, adjustable bed (with remote) in master bedroom, upgraded large appliances, spacious (over 2600 sq ft) and open-concept floor plan, generously-sized dining room with a beautiful dining set (for that very special meal), a TV in each bedroom, everything is on one level, and much more!

The master suite is on one side of the house, with a king-sized bed, office space, walk-in-closet and full en-suite bathroom. Another side of the home has the powder room and then a hallway that leads to the other two bedrooms (each with a queen-sized bed) and shared bathroom. The home sleeps 6 in total.

Linens, towels, etc. will all be provided for your stay. If desired, please make use of our cookware, dishes, utensils, cutlery, small and large appliances —-everything there is available for your use and convenience during your stay.

Spacious home, needs some repairs

We had a great family trip to Beaufort and overall enjoyed our time at Mossy Oaks. The house was spacious and comfortably furnished, on a beautiful, quiet street. We ran into several issues with items that needed repair, starting with the lock on the front door, which was very difficult to open when we arrived and throughout the visit. Included items were pretty bare bones: microwave was missing, dishwasher didn't work, no laundry detergent, no shampoo, etc. Not a huge deal. It would have been helpful to have a binder of instructions for things like how to turn on the stove, etc, but we eventually figured it out. Overall it was a fine stay and the host was easy to reach. Checkout was very easy and required no extra time for cleaning, stripping beds, etc, which I appreciated with a busy family.

This property is very well maintained. Clean and it provides all the amenities we needed. We needed assistance with something and it was immediately taken care of. The owners/property managers really care about the renters experience and we had an excellent one. It is very close to Parris Island so we were able to enjoy our son’s Family Day and Graduation without any traveling delays. I would use this property again and highly recommend it. Thank you to the owner and manager!!

Location was very convenient to PI. The home was spacious and the internet access and pay tv a pleasant bonus. The home is in need of some internal repairs and the master bed needs a new mattress. Whoever is responsible for cleaning the home did not do a very good job. Overall we came we stayed and we left. Thanks

FANTASTIC house—close to Parris Island

Stayed with my family (husband and kids between ages 7-21) while one of my sons graduated Marine Boot Camp. It was very close to Parris Island and also just minutes to everything else. We were surprised and loved the charming downtown Beaufort. The house was great! Bigger than the pictures look. The master king bed is sooo comfortable. The other two beds are queens. We had teen boys with us and it was hard to share queen beds. Would have been nice if there was a pull out sofa or a futon somewhere. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The property is quiet and secluded. Great, big backyard. There aren’t any games or toys for kids…but we don’t generally expect that unless it’s stated in the listing. There is no bathtub. The two full bathrooms have showers but the bathrooms are really nice…updated and clean. My only complaint would be the tile floors throughout the house were not very clean. The sq footage is high so I can imagine it’s quite a job to clean the floors, but they need a good wash and scrub. I always bring house slippers so it didn’t bother me too much but my kiddo’s bare feet were dirty after running around the house for a day. The house was clean otherwise. Very happy overall and would definitely stay here again if we ever come back!

We were in SC to pick up our new Marine and this property was perfect. It was conveniently located near Parris Island. It was clean and very spacious with comfortable beds. Check in and check out process was seamless. Highly recommend this property if your looking for a home away home while in Beaufort or the surrounding area.

What an amazing value

My girlfriend and her family and myself stayed at this wonderful house for the graduation of her son from Paris Island. The house was actually even more beautiful than the pictures. It was located very close to Paris Island, and made for an easy commute back-and-forth several times. The wonderful thing about this is the owner was very accommodating and made us a simple where we could truly just focus on family and friends. Initially, we plan on having four adult’s but we wound up with a total of six people staying there and truly the house could have more. The decorations of the house really made it feel like a home. The color choices, the quality of the fixtures, the quality of the washing machine and dryer. We’re all well above average. I would recommend this home for anyone looking to stay overnight in Beaufort.

Executive & Luxurious Retreat

My grandmother passed away and we were rushing to get to Beaufort, SC for memorial services. We saw this home and we decided to just go with it. The owners responded and accepted my request within hours. They offered their condolences to us, which was very and provided a contact number if we needed anything. They gave us a list of restaurants in the area. When we arrived to this beautiful home, it is nicely tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy. This home was super clean and beautifully decorated (no clutter or crowding). This was a spacious and luxurious home ! The kitchen was gorgeous and had everything you needed to prepare and serve meals. Super clean. The owners thought of every amenity to include an air fryer people! There are smart televisions in every bedroom! There is an office with a desk and chair in the master bedroom! I did some work on my laptop comfortably. Plenty of seating for dining and an alarm system you can utilize. Thanks to the owners for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will definitely be back!

Great House and Well Stocked

Requested early check in and the host was very friendly and polite and communicated well with us to get us in early. The house was huge and well laid out for a family gathering. It was stocked like a hotel with everything we needed, nothing was missing. Highly recommended.
