The Space:
SkyView Treehouse blends rustic charm with designer comfort. Thoughtfully constructed using fine pine and curated décor, the space features:
• Queen bed in the loft with beautiful views of Belgrade Stream through large windows
• Open studio layout below with a second queen bed and sleeper sofa
• Floor-to-ceiling stone gas fireplace
• Handcrafted kitchenette with copper hood, farmhouse sink, and dining nook
• Full bathroom with floor-to-ceiling stone shower and an exposed pine tree as a unique feature
• French doors, natural light, and a private deck with a hot tub and grill
• Smart TV, WiFi, Alexa, and streaming apps
• A/C and heating for year-round comfort

Whether you’re reading by the fire, stargazing from the hot tub, or sipping coffee on the deck, this space is designed to help you slow down and enjoy every moment. Toast marshmallows by the fire, take a sunset paddle from your private dock, or soak in the hot tub as loons call across the stream. Every moment here feels just a little more magical.

Guest Access:

We live on-site and are available if you need anything during your stay, while always respecting your privacy.

The Neighborhood:
The Belgrade Lakes are in the heart of Maine’s Kennebec Valley and known for their natural beauty, outdoor recreation, and charming village life. Messalonskee Lake (connected to Belgrade Stream) is known for excellent fishing and paddling. Guests often enjoy nearby hiking trails, boutique shops, award-winning restaurants, and year-round events in the village.

Getting Around:
SkyView Treehouse is:
• About 10 minutes to Belgrade Lakes Village
• About 15 minutes to the Maine State Capitol (Augusta)
• About 20 minutes to Colby College
• About 1.5 hours to Sugarloaf
• About 2 hours to Acadia National Park

You’ll need a vehicle to get around, but once you’re here, much of your time will likely be spent enjoying everything right on-site.

Other Things to Note:
SkyView and MoonLight Treehouses are nestled next to one another on the same property, each fully private with its own hot tub, fire pit, and entrance. During your stay, you may have friendly neighbors nearby — or you can rent both treehouses for a shared retreat with friends or family.

A pontoon boat is available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis at $399 per half day (plus fuel). It comfortably seats up to 10 guests and is fully equipped with safety gear. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know before heading out on the water.

Pets are welcome with a $195 pet fee. We ask that you let us know in advance if you’re bringing one. Please keep pets off the furniture and clean up after them, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure a great experience for all future guests.
