L'appartement Belvedere est situé dans un emplacement privilégié, à distance de marche du centre du village, des commerces, des restaurants, du Pescallo et des ferry-boats mais toujours dans un site très calme. Le jardin privé surplombe Pescallo et le parc de la fondation Rockefeller avec une vue imprenable sur le lac. Toutes les photos de cette annonce ont été prises depuis le jardin de la propriété. L'appartement qui a été achevé renouvelé au printemps 2014 dispose de 3 chambres doubles (2 lits doubles et 1 lit king size) avec air conditionné et 3 salles de bain avec douche. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a un salon, une cuisine ouverte, une chambre principale avec salle de bain intérieure, une chambre d'amis, une salle de bain d'invités. Buanderie, chambre king size et douche / baignoire sont situées au sous-sol avec entrée privée depuis le jardin où différents espaces (table à manger, canapés, chaise longue) permettent de se détendre et de profiter de la vue sur le lac et la nature. L'appartement Belvedere est un endroit idéal pour les couples qui veulent avoir un espace de vie confortable ainsi que pour les familles et les groupes d'amis qui apprécieront de partager les espaces communs en toute intimité dans les chambres / bains privées. Style et bon goût caractérisent cette charmante propriété où les détails témoignent de tout l'amour utilisé pour la décorer. This is an ideal setup, with 3 separate rooms and 3 private bathrooms, with unbelievable views over Bellagio. The decor is updated, and is stocked with basics. The host and owner were overly accommodating from day 1 of our booking, going above and beyond helping with arrangements and special requests. The only comment is that the description is very accurate about the steep drive and final set of stairs to the property - but how else would you have such a fine hilltop view!

Wonderful View of Lake Como
The apartment was very comfortable and had a spectacular view of Lake Como. It is a short walk from the apartment to Belliago which has lots of restaurants and shops. In Belliago, you have access to the ferry which runs frequently and allows easy travel to other areas of the lake. It’s a steep climb from the street to the apartment, but the views are certainly worth the effort. We would definitely stay here again.

Great clean condo in great location and incredible views
Carlo/Carla's condo is a great find. Located just above town with an incredible view of Lake Lecco, it's absolutely perfect for a stay in Bellagio. Yes there are steps to get to the unit itself, but ANYWHERE in the area is going to have stairs/steps, but so beyond worth it to get those gorgeous views. And you get used to them pretty fast and it helps to work off the amazing Italian food all around you. Carla was very helpful in our planning with great restaurant and other suggestions. Unfortunately for us, it rained most of our stay so we couldn't take the sailing trip we booked with Bellagio sailing but hope to be back to do so another time. I highly recommend this unit and hope to book again when we go back. Also, it's a quick walk to the center of town (less than 10 minutes) and there are a couple of restaurants right down the street from the condo that are fantastic as well. Overall clean, comfortable, and spacious.

wonderful escape in Italy
Great property with beautiful view. We were only there 3 nights and did not cook at all. The kitchen had glasses and plates but no basics to cook, not even salt or pepper, so we opted to eat out which was fine for us. Place was very comfortable with lots of room so after 2 weeks traveling in small hotel rooms we enjoyed the space. Short walk to town which was very east. Loved it!!

Great stay
We had a fabulous 4 nights…it was a steep walk to the property, but well worth it. The accomodation had loads of outdoor seating areas which you could then sit with a drink and admire the gorgeous view. We also loved on arrival that the glasses set up for the chilled bottle of Prosecco. Must also comment on how good the communication was with the agent - made the check in and any queries the agent very easy.

The accomodations, the rental experience and most importantly the views are amazing... truly breathtaking! The only consideration is the hill and steep steps that you have to climb to reach the property. Don't let it scare you -just pack light and prepare for a solid cardio workout going and coming... it's worth it!

We thought the apartment and view were beautiful. If we had known, we would definitely have rented a car for trips to the grocery but outside of that the location was Good and all the people we met were wonderful. The pizza place below Fed us breakfast, lunch dinner and even sold us wine and Parmesan for the dinner we made at home! There was a lovely fruit and vegetable location there as well. The beds could have been more comfortable but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. The dinner at the Hotel Belvedere was fabulous. The steps up are difficult but you got accustomed to them.

Our stay in Bellagio was amazing and we loved our stay at Carlo’s place! We enjoyed the location and the easy walk to the town center. We also enjoyed settling down on the patio to take in the breathtaking views of Lake Como! Probably one of the best views on the area! The check in process was easy and sailing with Bellagio Sailing was another highlight of our trip! We had 2 couples in the home and my wife and I had the main living area and my parents had the bottom level living area so there was plenty of room. We also had a private dinner on the patio our first night in Bellagio! I highly recommend Carlo’s property for your next stay in this beautiful area of Lake Como!

The view from this property is unbeatable. We spent so much time on the terrace just gazing at the lake and mountains. The property is clean and a great value. Beautiful and Restful Time!
This is a great property to slow down, relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful locations in Italy. After a week of travel from California and time in a very hot Rome and Florence, Bellagio was a welcome respite. Getting there from Florence was a little tough. Had to take a train to Milan, switch to a regional train to Como and then car service to the property. There is a bus from Como to Bellagio but the host (Carla) advised that is long and can be uncomfortably hot. We were happy we listened to her! The less accessibleness of Bellagio is what made it a great place to relax. Not too crowded and beautiful views. The home is absolutely lovely. Very true to the pictures. Lots of room for five or six people. The terrace is amazing. It is close to the village and with in walking distance to the shops, restaurants and waterfront. Carla was a wonderful host and Mariza, the property manager, is a joy to work with. Overall , great experience. We will be back!!!

Magical Views for Days!
We left our hearts in Bellagio, but mainly because of this magical apartment with panoramic views of Lake Como. With a private and scenic location, this cozy apartment offered comfort and tranquility throughout the day. We loved waking up to the sunrise while sipping our coffee in the terraced garden. After seeing and walking around Bellagio, we looked forward to watching the sunset on the terrace. The outdoor area offered a perfect space for family dinners and evening aperitifs and appetizers. It was located just 5 minutes from the center of Bellagio and walkable to a neighborhood grocery store. We highly recommend booking a private boat tour with Carla of Bellagio Sailing to see the stunning villas around Lake Como. We cannot wait to return soon.

Astounding views & extraordinary location
As hosts of a high-end VRBO in Lake Tahoe, we have high expectations. This property exceeded them in nearly every way. From the panoramic views to the easy walk to town / hiking in the mountains to the wonderful hospitality of Marzia & Carlo - this was a great way to end our time in Italy. It was particularly nice sitting in the back yard sipping wine and watching the ever-changing lake. We strongly recommend this property, and also a lake tour with Carlo for an experience to remember forever.

Great place with superb view
This appartment (part of a bigger house) is perfectly located at walking distance from Bellagio centre. Small bakery, vegetable shop and pizzeria at 200m and only supermarket in town at 1km. The garden is perfectly equiped and has everything to enjoy your stay. The interior is not big with small living place and well equiped kitchen on the ground floor and two smaller double bedrooms each with bathroom. At lower level (small window) you have a bigger room and another bathroom. We enjoyed the stay, the view, the garden although the interior is a bit on the small side and probably a bit too small for 3 couples. We stayed with our 3 children and that was ok. Especially when the weather is bad and you can’t eat or sit outside, it might feel a bit on the smaller side. Recommended!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful apartment in Bellagio. The hosts were very helpful giving us good information before our arrival. Our check-in was effortless and the apartment was clean and well equipped. My only suggestion is to add a smart TV or device that would provide access to Netflix. We enjoyed waking up to a beautiful view of the lake and the town's on the opposite side of the lake every morning. The outdoor furniture in the garden allowed us to enjoy our coffee and appreciate the beauty of Lake Como. The apartment is convenient ly located close to town, about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this apartment to friends.
