The “Belle of Belton” is a vacation rental in Belton, Texas on about a ½ acre lot within the picturesque Norman Place Subdivision. This lovely home is situated just a few minutes from the historic downtown area where visitors can enjoy fabulous dining, shopping and walk or bike the paved trails of Nolan Creek. The Belle is in close proximity to Chalk Ridge Falls - a must for nature lovers and hikers. The home is about 6 miles to scenic Lake Belton. The Belle, built in 1956, celebrates the uniqueness of the 50’s with stunning hardwood floors and large, plentiful windows. The home boasts approximately 3000 square feet, 4 comfortable bedrooms with 2 and two ½ baths, an amazing living room, a perfect game room, an extensive covered back patio, and a dream backyard with a pool, hot tub and shower house. The kitchen features upgraded appliances and seating in dining areas provide plenty of room for large families. In addition to central air conditioning, guests are treated to zone control air conditioning in both king bedrooms and game room. Please note that if the dates you are seeking are not available at this location, you might want to check out our other VRBO just down the street called “Ginger House”. It’s really nice too,  and has a game room, swimming, pool, and hot tub as well.

It is a common occurrence for the number of guests you expect to fluctuate. Pricing is set to help accommodate smaller numbers of guests, and we ask that each additional guest over the number of 6 pay an additional $25 per night. You must inform us of the number of guests, and keep us updated when there are changes.

This is a pet friendly property. We are pet owners, and we understand the difficulties associated with finding accommodations for our furry family members. Therefore, we have made The Belle of Belton available to those with animals. However, we incur additional cleaning costs and extra cleaning measures are taken. You MUST declare your pet(s) (No matter how small), and there is a fee which will be assessed. ($45) This fee helps us keep this property pet friendly!

Juan Birthday celebration
Rent house for family to stay to celebrate my juan birthday. The house is beautiful and area very peaceful. Have the get together at the house and it made everyone feel like at home. I would for sure rent ot again to have a week with family get together again. And this next time enjoy the pool. The weather didn't let us enjoy that part of the house. Overall we enjoy the house.

Had another great stay in this lovely home with all the amenities and comforts you could ask for. The beds are all so comfortable and the spacious home is in excellent shape and decorated so well with modern amenities and such a welcoming feel. Very clean. Great pool, hot tub, and pool table. Private backyard. Nice and safe neighborhood. Close to shopping and anything you need. Great host who regularly communicates. We’ll definitely be back. I’ve also referred friends to look into staying here.

Beautiful house and pool
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home. It is very clean and comfortable. The host has thought of many small touches that made the stay next level. We really enjoyed the backyard and pool area. There were beach towels and pool floats provided. The outdoor shower was nice. The spaces in the house were perfect. We found ourselves having coffe in the front room in the morning and spending our evenings in the game room. Again the game room was comfortable and there were throws available to snuggle up on the big comphy sofa. Love this house!!!

We had another wonderful girls weekend in the Belle of Belton. We love this house and it’s perfect for us. It is very comfortable and clean and lots of room for everyone. The pool was wonderful and the back porch have lots of space. The property is very well kept. We definitely recommend it.

Huge place with comfy spaces! Melissa keeps the place well kept and well labeled so there’s no confusion. Hot tub was lovely and the neighborhood is great for a stroll. Very close to some nice hiking trails, had a great time!

Amazing home and so fun to stay here!
We had a girls weekend at this beautiful home and loved it so much. We didn’t leave the entire time we were there. The beds were high-quality and super comfortable, and there were even sound machines in the rooms to help you sleep peacefully. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and love the way the house is remodeled while still maintaining its charm. The home is in excellent shape and super clean and the decor and layout is awesome. We enjoyed the spacious back porch and hot tub and although it was too cold to get into the pool, the pool looks so inviting and is super clean. All the appliances are modern and everything we needed was in the kitchen. The game room is amazing and there is a ton of comfy seating in there and the pool table is a winner. The neighborhood is lovely and peaceful and very safe. The owner is super communicative and readily available if needed. This home is among the best I’ve stayed in and we look forward to staying here again.

Retro and gorgeous!!
Family gathered here for Thanksgiving. We loved it! Well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms and beds were very nice. It is definitely a home from the 60's but beautifuly decorated and extremely comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out, relax, chill and watch movies or play pool. We will definitely be back!!

Big family fun
1 y/o to college freshman and family of 9 made great memories for parents weekend at UMHB. Layout with master at one end and other bedrooms at other made it good for littles to sleep while adults played pool and watched football in the game room.
