Beautiful home and view
My family loved this wonderful home!! Super clean, lots of amenities and the play room was a huge hit! Outside was gorgeous views and we enjoyed walking on the rocks towards the water. Definitely will be back!

Great Getaway on the Lake
Three families (6 adults, 6 kids) had a blast staying in this wonderful house. Game room was a nice bonus for the kiddos, and there was lots to do with the lake and in Belton proper. Zach was very communicative and helpful with our planning. Great place, 10/10!

The deck is amazing!
Beautiful deck out back. Great place for watching deer, boats, birds, sitting in silence or sweet conversations. We were 8 adults that are in a church life group together. Location was great. You felt secluded, but anything you might need is close- groceries, drug store, restaurants or medical care.

Thanksgiving in Texas
So pleased with this property! Would definitely stay here again. We needed a place near my elderly stepfather who lives in Belton. We gathered family from NY, TN & TX. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook & host a wonderful Thanksgiving meal. The deck was great for enjoying sunshine during the day and the grandkids loved the hot tub each evening. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond each time I contacted him. Great place to gather family and make memories.

Lovely respite
We needed a respite amidst the hot central Texas days. Rocky Point Lakehouse was exactly that. The house is very well appointed, beds very comfortable, and it has a cozy feel. We loved the view from the living/dining area and even made time for a long morning on the breezy deck.

Just as pictured!
Everything at the house was just as clean and pretty as shown in the photos. The house and bedrooms were large and the kids loved the game room. The grill was not usable, which was the only disappointment. Also we were there in July and the lake levels were really low. So you could still walk down to the water but it’s a hard, rocky, and long walk. But there is a swim/beach park only 10 minutes away.

Great for Families!
We had our family to Rocky Point and it was the perfect hang out house! Everyone had space and the game room was an added bonus. The view was spectacular and the deer were a fun added bonus! Our hosts were responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!

Get away from hustle and bustle of the city!
Rocky Point Lakehouse is a lovely retreat. My two best friends from college and I like to get together at least annually. We pick a spot away from our own cities then abandon jobs, family, all duties to reconnect with each other and relax. This house was a perfect spot. We spent many hours on the porch talking and absorbing the sounds of spring time., drinking coffee then cocktails. The views from the kitchen and living room kept us in the part of the house most of the time. We made our way down to the water to look at the rocks and turtles and then back up checking out plants along the way. Any issue that popped up (light by hot tub went out) was fixed right away by Zach. We sure appreciated our days at the lakehouse.

A comfy home away from home
This home was perfect for our long weekend visit with our parents and our son and grandson. We had three generations staying with us and the home was comfortable and accommodating for all of us. The home had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The view from the deck was amazing.

My family, including two sisters, their spouses and their 5 kids (ages 18-9) all stayed at Morgans Point right during the holidays. We were in town to celebrate my Grandmother’s 90th birthday! Zach was a fantastic host who communicated everything we needed. The property was incredible and the views were amazing!! Property was clean and well loved and we will definitely be coming back!

Wonderful Family Place!
We were wondering whether this place would be as good as the pictures looked but it did not disappoint! The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. There was plenty of space and we all enjoyed the beautiful view, the trek down to the water's edge, sitting in the hot tub, playing foosball, playing games by the fire place and more. What a fun place!

Fun at lake with family.
Our experience was fun and relaxing. The kids and some adults hiked down to the lake to fish a couple of days (catch and release). The house was comfortable and spacious. The jacuzzi was pretty green so we didnt use it. Would have been nice to ues it in the evening. Not sure if all the beds were changed before we got there, we found sandy dirt in the lake front room. The fridge wasn't clean, so thanks for leaving the cleaning supplies. There were no kitchen towels to dry dishes etc. Would have been nice for someone to blow the sidewalks off before we got there, but the over stay was very good. We would recommend it to any family with kids. The play room keeps them busy. Thank you

Very beautiful home with an amazing view.
Had a great time here with the family. Enjoyed the house, hot tub, kayaking and the view. There was lots of deer walking around the neighborhood during our stay which was fun to watch also. Highly recommend it!

Great location and beautiful lakefront home.
This was the perfect place for us to stay. We came with family members for a funeral. Having this beautiful home to stay at made us feel like we were at home. We loved it. There was everything we needed and more. The home is nicely set up and organized. The owner takes attention to detail and it shows . Communication was great and check-in was seamless. The comfort of their place was top notch too! The fireplaces were cozy, and brought warmth to the rooms.... just so many good things to say! Our flights were cancelled due to an ice storm and the host offered us an extra night at no charge, before we even thought to ask if we could add an extra night. The amenities are the best I've ever seen at a rental. We would absolutely rent this property again and highly recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality!

Great Getaway
We all had a great time! Eric was a great communicator and pretty much the weekend couldn't have gone any better. The house is very, very comfortable and there is so much to do inside and outside the house. We didn't take advantage of all of the amenities, because this was a great getaway to just do nothing but talk, sleep, cook, sit outside and enjoy the views, watch the deer, and let time pass you by. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway
My family and I had such a wonderful time at this property. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the spacious living area, and especially the game room. There is plenty of space and beds for a large group to comfortably stay. We didn’t take the kayaks and paddle boards down to the water because it was pretty steep, but we were able to go down there on our own. We also didn’t use the hot tub because it was so hot outside, but I imagine it would have been lovely in cooler weather. The back deck was the perfect place to have coffee in the morning and then grill out in the evening. Thanks for the best family vacation!
