Just steps from Sunriver Village, 7 Fremont Crossing is the perfect basecamp for exploring Sunriver and beyond. This 2,200 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms making it enjoyable for up to 6 guests. Inside this stylish townhouse you will find spacious kitchen, living, and dining areas with lodge style decor.

You may find yourself lounging on the large patio after a day of swimming at The SHARC or after hitting the slopes of Mt. Bachelor. Relax in the BRAND NÉW hot tub!! New Grill. Ping Pong table and bikes also provided

Boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, commercial vehicles, flat bed pick-up trucks, recreational vehicles (including campers and all makes and models of camper vans), disabled, or similar vehicles shall not be parked on any Fremont Crossing lot or driveway other than inside an enclosed garage, screened from view. No vehicle may be parked in the street. Any vehicle found in violation of these restrictions is subject to towing by the Fremont Crossing Owners’ Association at Owner’s expense

Two Older Couples
I rented this home because I was specifically looking for a place with two "master bedrooms" that each had its own bathroom. The fact that the Sunriver Village is right out the back door was an added bonus. The kitchen is well-equipped with a convenient dining area. We played a lot of cards and the dining table and lighting was perfect. We appreciated that both of the master bedrooms had a TV. While we didn't use the SHARC passes, we did walk there to check it out because it is close by. We would rent again.

Wonderful vacation
We've been coming to Sunriver for many years, and my in-laws have been visiting even longer. Our entire family loved this home—the space, and most of all, the proximity to the SHARC and the village. It was such a great experience to step into the village every morning without worrying about driving, thanks to the perfect location. This is a great property, and we hope to return next year. Wonderful home walking distance to village
House was well equipped and perfect for our needs. We wanted for nothing! We contacted the owner twice for tiny things and they were easily reached and very responsive. We are looking forward to making this our “go to” home to rent for future stays in Sunriver as it’s location is perfect, the kitchen has everything we could possibly want, it is an end unit and therefore is quiet, and the price was reasonable!

Really fantastic, spacious house and responsive hosts. Very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen was well-appointed with all the kitchenware we needed to prepare our meals. Great stay
The property was in great shape, very clean, comfortable and met our family’s needs well. Due to the cooler late October weather we spent more time inside. The living/great room was warm & cozy, we enjoyed the gas fireplace! The hot tub was inviting on the cool/colder nights to star gaze in comfort. The location near the Sunriver Village shops also was convenient and was only a short walk away. Thanks Rod for our stay.

We enjoyed 5 nights with our adult children and granddaughter. Loved the location close to the mall and SHARC swimming pools. Enjoyed the ping pong table and bikes. The house has lots of space and is well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals.

We had a great time at Sunriver! The house was wonderful… clean, great amenities with an exceptional location! Bike/ walking paths out our back door, Sunriver village across the road so we were able to explore the shops and walk to dinner each night! Communication with the owner was seamless.

Very spacious townhome within walking distance to the village and SHARC. We stayed for four nights and only used the car once (to go to the marina to rent kayaks). We loved being able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The community was very quiet and clean. The house itself was well laid out; you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. I liked the large kitchen table for when we played cards at night
