Welcome to 12 Quartz Mountain, a charming single-level rustic cabin, beautifully renovated with modern amenities and flair in 2022/23. This home features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and a family room, perfectly situated in the heart of Sunriver with easy access to all the area has to offer.

Nestled halfway between Fort Rock Park, SHARC, Sunriver Village, and the Deschutes River, our home is ideally located. Just a couple of blocks from Fort Rock Park, you'll find something for everyone—18 dedicated pickleball courts, tennis courts, a playground, basketball, a softball field, sand volleyball, horseshoes, a pavilion shelter for picnics or gatherings, and scenic paths. Enjoy easy access to Sunriver Village and the Deschutes River.

Located in a peaceful cul-de-sac, this home adjoins 15+ acres of forested common space, offering maximum enjoyment, privacy, and expansive forest views. Clearstory windows flood the interior with natural light, and the vaulted ceiling adds a sense of spaciousness. The open layout and large windows seamlessly blend the indoors with the tranquility of the surrounding forest.

The dedicated living room and family room provide ample space for gatherings, with a cozy gas fireplace in the living room. This home includes 6 Unlimited Use SHARC passes, giving you access to SHARC, pickleball, and the Sunriver Tennis Courts. For families with young children, there's a pack-n-play crib and a booster seat that attaches to a chair, ensuring their safety and comfort. Explore the bike trails with 4 cruiser bikes provided.

Comfort and location!
The place was exactly as represented in the listing and photos! It was clean and well appointed. Had no issues whatsoever during our stay. The house was clean and very well maintained. Its location made it an easy walk to get to Fort Rock park, the SHARC and The Village at Sunriver. Beds were comfortable with clean linens. The garage parking was nice since it snowed during our stay. Plenty of summer and winter toys were available for our use. We would definitely want to rent this again!!

Great little place
We really did love our stay. Modern, clean, very open and spacious. The home was wonderful. Unfortunately, getting there presented some challenges. Seems GPS didn't really work very well in the area so we ended up stopping to pick up a map and that was a huge help! Highly recommend if you love the area.

Perfect property!
We had a great family weekend in this perfect Sunriver property. Very close to SHARC, the village and tennis, pickleball and basketball courts. Central to everything and we were able to bike everywhere we wanted to go. The house itself feels brand new with its remodeled interior and is very well stocked with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, board games, plush blankets, smart TV, etc. we would definitely book this house again. Thank you!

Beautifully renovated property, with tons of privacy and a forest for a backyard. We’ve stayed in quite a few properties in Sunriver, but this one was the best. The owners really did a great job of supplying everything needed to make the rental feel like home. Looking forward to staying again!

Perfect Little Getaway
This property really is beautiful. It was exactly what I was looking for this past week. The kitchen is stocked with everything you might need including K-cups and Zip Lock bags! The fireplace gets HOT in like seconds and we really enjoyed that while we looked out the window at the snow on the ground. The large deck would also be much enjoyable in the summertime. The one disappointment for us was that there was no hot tub. I think I misread the listing and its kinda confusing because when you get sent the rental agreement it talks about hot tub as does the "Arrived" instructions. This would keep me from renting in the summer cause the kids really like to use a hot tub. Maybe that could be an addition later ;) Otherwise the place really was perfect. Even my 8 year old was like we need to get this place again!

Great weekend stay!
The property was just as pictured when we arrived. Newly renovated and very well decorated. Everyone was very pleased and did not want to leave! The only advice I have to give is to try and find the property prior to sun down, as we had a very difficult time driving through the neighborhood trying to find it once dark. Our friend that met us later also has the same problem and they are a local. Thanks for the fantastic stay! We will definitely rent again.

Stylish, renovated, clean
Newly renovated, tastefully designed and furnished house, perfect for our family of 4. We intended to bring our dog, but decided not to and wished we would have as the house is well suited for pets. The back of the house faces a large open wooded area, giving the house an enhanced feel of privacy. We were impressed with all the decisions the owners made to renovate and optimize the space. We will be back!
