Bethany Beach Sleeps 14 4 BDRM + Den w/Sleeper

This SPECTACULAR home has 4-bedrooms each w/PRIVATE bathroom (sleeps 12) and a private den with sleeper sofa on the first floor (sleeps 2). This retreat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the desirable Bethany West neighborhood (located in community across the street from St. Ann’s Catholic Church.)

Short walk to downtown Bethany and beach (15 min walk/1 mile) and steps away from pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, basketball court, kayak ramp, and Trolley route (ride to town/beach for 25 cents). *Activities and Trolley only available in season.

The home features a spacious, beautifully decorated great room with vaulted ceilings and large flat screen television. There is an additional living area, as well as a large screened in porch and deck for reading, playing games or quiet conversations.

Children and adults alike can bike, skate and walk the neighborhood streets as well as enjoy *2 community pools, *tennis and pickle ball courts, *workout room, playground and basketball court. *Activity fee is $30 per person/per week or $10 per person/per day - paid to the community upon arrival.

Amenities include two-zone central air conditioning, ceiling fans, gas fireplace, gas grill, outdoor shower, washer/dryer, 2 refrigerator/freezers, and Wi-Fi enabled internet connectivity. The fully stocked kitchen includes a double oven, gas stove, microwave, stainless steel dishwasher, and refrigerator. High chair and pack/play available. Ring doorbell utilized for monitoring departure of cleaning crew in hopes of getting you in early!

*Renters must bring their own linens (sheets/towels/kitchen towels) or easily rent them from a local company that provides drop off and pick up as part of the rental package.

July and August rentals are only available for full weeks (Saturday to Saturday).

This property was excellent. We loved it.The host was wonderful and kind she was very prompt with answering all my questions. The house is huge.it was eight of us and we had plenty of bedrooms. We sat and talk it felt like we were at home. The house was decorated perfect. The kitchen and master bedroom was gorgeous. The outside had so many places to sit and chat.

Perfect for a large group

Wonderful property, even better than pictures show. The home is large, which is great when you want to be with your whole family, but feel like you all get your own space. Even the bunk room beds were comfy. The cleaning service does a great job and the owner does a great job managing the property -- this was definitely the cleanest Bethany rental we have had . Furnishings are well maintained and many are new. All the extra amenities you need to feel at home are provided, from juicers and waffle makers, extra blankets, and toothbrushes if you forgot. Owner was able to offer some flexibility with checking in and out, which was appreciated. The provided beach cart and extra beach items was very helpful.

Close to the beach

Our family group stayed here for a week. We went to the nearby pool and played pickleball, very convenient to the house. We also enjoyed being close to coffee shops and restaurants. The house was very spacious, with multiple areas for our guests to relax and read or work.

Perfect Family Vacation

We had the best family vacation at Lisa’s Bethany house. Communication was top notch and check in was a breeze. The house was exactly as pictured and we immediately felt at home. It was spacious, well maintained and had everything we could possibly need and more! The location was absolutely perfect for our group. We loved being able to choose to walk, drive or take the trolley to Bethany (which the kids got a huge kick out of). Both pools were fantastic and walkable. We can’t wait to stay again next year! So happy to have found “our spot” down at the beach.

Perfect House for Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and well stocked. Check in was easy! The location made it possible to walk into town and we used the trolley once. The parking passes were a bonus when it came time to find a parking space at Bethany Beach on a summer weekend. We would definitely consider rentiing here again. It was the best stocked home we have ever rented and the size made it possible for families to have their own space. We loved the screened-in-porch in the evening.

Great house for our family vacation

Great Memorial Day Stay!

We had a fantastic time over Memorial Day with three generations. The house was just as advertised, very clean and well stocked. Proximity to the beach and shops was very convenient as well. Definitely a recommended property and the owner's were very responsive and helpful!

Family vacation

Our family had a really nice stay at Lisa’s! The house is huge, clean, and has little extras here and there. The kitchen is wonderful. The house is in a great location, as it’s a few minutes walk from the front pool, and it’s close to the main road while still being on a cul-de-sac. The beach is walkable, but the parking passes allowed us to more easily lug all of the beach items down. Lisa was quick to respond when we had questions, and I could tell she really cares about her guests’ experiences. Would recommend staying here!

Loved our stay here. About a mile from the beach so very easy to walk or can take the free trolley. House also comes with 2 beach parking passes which made everything very easy. Wedding Getaway

We were a group of 13 friends/family that stayed here as we were attending a wedding nearby. This house could not have been more perfect for the group of us! It was extremely spacious and had so many areas to relax and socialize including a screened in outdoor porch, a deck, and multiple other sitting areas! All the rooms have an associated bathroom which was fabulous and everyone had decent sized bed to sleep in. The location is wonderful as it was a .5 mi walk to all the shops and beach that Bethany has to offer. The house was very clean, the check in process was seamless, Lisa was very communicative, and the house was well stocked with anything we could need! We will 1000% be staying here again if we come back to the area. Thank you!

Wonderful weekend

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed this house so much. It was a perfect fit for three families. Everything you could ever need is provided and the communication with the owners was amazing. Girls Trip

This house was the perfect spot for a girls weekend. Master bedroom with a king bed, upstairs bedroom with bunk beds, and two bedrooms with queen beds. 11 people comfortably fit and with all the couches I’m sure more could comfortably fit. The house was clean and spacious and the pictures didn’t do it justice, it’s even better in person. They provided plenty of cookware as well as a grill so we we’re able to have a big dinner and there’s a dining room table with plenty of room. They also provide plenty of games and a karaoke machine. The host was very accommodating and great at answering questions. 10/10!!

Great Beach Vacation

We were amazed on how big the house was. A huge family room and sitting area both inside and out. The whole house was very clean and had everything we would need for cooking and just about everything else. A nice front porch to sit and relax. The pools were close by and we used the trolley to go into town. We wished that we had more time to do everything we wanted to do.

Family Trip

This property was perfect for our family trip! The house is large and beautiful! The owner was EXTREMELY responsive to any needs and was a great host. We especially enjoyed the small “extras” that were in the house (board games, karaoke machine, bunk beds (a huge hit for the kids), beach/pool items, etc). The house was in the perfect location, walking distance to the pool and a very short drive to the beach. We would highly recommend this property!

Wonderful house

This is a beautiful, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped home! There are several separate seating areas that worked well for simultaneous adult conversations, dining, puzzles and legos. The screened porch was our favorite. The kitchen has all the plates, cups, baking and serving dishes, pans, utensils etc that you will need. Laundry room is great. Garage has 2nd frig, beach toys, bikes and helmets, pool noodles. And the pools are so close and nice. Large side yard. Great Weber gas grill and two outdoor seating areas. The beach is very close and the parking passes make it even easier to use. The arrangement with the master bedroom and sofa sleeper room on the first floor worked very well for us. The grandkids joined us for early morning fun while the parents were able to “sleep in” in the 2nd floor bedrooms. Sorry this rambles. But we had a great time in this great house. And thanks Lisa for being so responsive, thorough and kind.
