Cette très recherché Maison de ville dispose d'un plan d'étage inversé avec la Grande chambre, cuisine et grande salle à manger à l'étage supérieur où vous pourrez profiter des vues magnifiques et imprenables sur l'océan Atlantique, des miles de son littoral et des vues spectaculaires de la baie. La maison comprend 5 chambres et supplémentaires gigognes entraîneurs / futons pour dormir confortablement 12 personnes. La cuisine spacieuse est entièrement équipée pour votre expérience gastronomique. Ou prendre un certain temps à griller sur un barbecue à gaz ou charbon grill séparé. La maison dispose d'un grand bar au niveau d'un petit réfrigérateur pour stocker vos cocktails préférés de plage pour la facilité d'accès au milieu de la journée de l'entrée. La grande chambre à l'étage dispose d'une aire ouverte, belle cheminée de gaz pour le printemps et l'automne fraîche soirée. Le linge de niveau d'entrée offre un accès facile à nettoyer votre eau salée maillots de bain Laden. L'unité entière a mis à jour des téléviseurs à écran plat, y compris un géant de 55 pouces LG LED écran plat au dernier étage une grande chambre, parfait pour visionner le grand jeu ou vos familles film préféré. Fun Family Vacation
Our family had a great time away from the Midwest to experience the ocean and beach while in DC for our daughter's special occasion. Kimberly's communication was as fantastic as our stay! Easy walk to the beach or bay with the chairs and umbrellas and cart we were allowed to use. Condo was clean and decor was very nice! We rented sheets and towels from Sheets at the Beach and they were fantastic too! Our grandson ( and family) didn't want to leave!!! Fun memories were made!

Family Beach Vacation
We booked this home for a family beach trip the week after Labor Day. We had a wonderful time. The beach across the street from this home is beautiful and the home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. The home was comfortable for our 5 adults and 1 child, but there are a few things that were not ideal about this home/location. Be prepared for the amount of steps in the home. Crossing the highway to get to the beach is also tricky especially since there is no crosswalk. Additionally, because you are so close to Highway 1, walking anywhere from the home feels unsafe, particularly for the older and younger members of our family. The road noise you hear in the home is very loud. We were also disappointed that the pool was closed after Labor Day as one of the reasons we booked this home was the pool.

Great stay
Terrific place. Spacious, clean and close by to Rehoboth or Bethany. Owner is super communicative and friendly. As others have noted, the complex is off route 1 so there is a bit of noise and crossing the street to the large and quiet beach does take a bit of patience, but these were not deal breakers by any means.

The condo is immaculate with beautiful furnishings, views of the ocean and the bay, and adequate space for our family of eleven! This being our first time in Bethany Beach, it was a lovely home for our family to enjoy a week at the shore!

Best time ever!
My kids, their spouses and my 4 grandkids had a wonderful say. Plenty of room and a lot of space to make this vacation one of our best. We enjoyed views of the bay and the easy access to the beach right across the street. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the dock where we caught enough crab for all of us. Kimmie responded quickly to anny questions we had and the home came with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home!!

Good overall, great communication with owner who's very responsive. I wish they had told us that we needed to bring sheets and towels earlier. And the stairs can be a problem for us older people. But house is very nice, comfortable and literally across from beach access. The littles ones enjoyed the pool too

Excellent location to Rehoboth, Bethany and Fenwick. Easy access to beach across street. Plenty of sleeping and living space. Availability of beach toys, chairs, umbrella, cart and grill which we took full advantage of. Decks off of every room in house made for great views and leisure time.

Wonderful Vacation Home!
We really enjoyed our vacation at this rental home! We travelled with 3 children (ages 1, 6 and 7) and 6 adults (2 over 70). The home was spacious, very clean and well stocked. Beautiful views (especially of the bay) as there are balconies off of every room/level. Short driving distance to Rehoboth and Bethany Brach boardwalks which were a lot of fun for the kids. The beach was fairly clean, but note that it is near a fishing beach so there was some fishing gear left behind. The beach during the weekend was pretty crowded with the fisherman, but quiet during the week. The distance to the beach isn’t far, but you do have to cross a 4 lane highway to get there which was a bit challenging for the younger children and the older adults. There are a lot of the levels to the home but the majority of our party didn’t have any trouble because there are a lot of landings in between each level. Kimberly was very communicative and provided any details I needed ahead of time. Overall, I would recommend this property if you are looking for a rental for a larger group and aren’t needing to be directly on the beach!

Bethany beach
Wonderful, clean and SPACIOUS rental. We had 4 tween/teens and 4 adults. Dining table comfortably sat all 8 of us. Also, we could all fit comfortably in the living room for movie night, etc. Also, fully stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, kayak, life jackets, etc. They really thought of everything!!!! This was our first time staying in Bethany beach and the beach across from the rental (though you have to cross a 4 lane highway to get to it) wasn’t overcrowded and the waves were awesome!! Also, we were ok with it but just for other renters to know there are no lifeguards on this section of the beach. Overall, awesome place and beach!

Family Get Away
We had 9 adults and 2 children (under the age of three) for a week long family vacation. The beach was an easy walk from the complex, even for the 2 year old. The host had plenty of chairs, toys and carts making for an enjoyable day at the beach. The multiple decks were nice and an added bonus for the various adults who had to do some “work” while on vacation. We enjoyed drinks at Starboard and dinner at Harpoon Hanna’s, Bethany Blues, and Matt’s Fish Camp. Kimberly was a very attentive and responsive host.

Happy family
The location had very easy close access to the bay. The kids fished morning and night. The owner provided a kayak and a crab pot. We had a couple of nights of fresh caught Blue Crabs. The ocean was a walk across the street but the beach was beautiful, clean, free and not at all crowded. Bethany Beach in town had quite a few restrictions and was extremely crowded and had fee based parking. We had quite the spread of ages of our grandchildren but all the kids and adults had something fun to do. The unit was super clean and had plenty of room for six kids and six adults. Traffic noise was a little loud in the roadside bedrooms but we had a sound machine and we had no problem sleeping. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and the registration process was very easy. We did have a minor problem but the owner fixed it immediately. All in all, this was perfect

Our first Delaware Beach trip
Our family from 1 years to 80 years had a wonderful family beach vacation! There is plenty of room for a whole family vacation. You have views of the bay and ocean. You cross the street to enjoy the beach for the day. When you get back you can spend time in the pool. We brought out paddle boards to enjoy at sunset . The house has a kayak and crab traps for fun at the dock out back. Kimmie the owner made it very easy and was great to communicate with. We pre-made our dinners to make it more relaxing and not run out to dinner every night but the house has a very informative book of all the local stuff to do. The beach is very nice and fun to see all the trucks that pull up for the day on the beach fishing. I would definitely recommend this place if you want to relax and not run around. Thanks Kimmie!

we had a lovely time and the grounds and home were very nice. it is however not for the stair challenged. kitchen on top floor which made some great sunset viewing but from bottom its 46 steps to get there. younger group can handle it great. area is very nice as well as that was our first time in DE. thanks!

We had an amazing time!
Kimmie, the owner, is one of the most nicest property owners I’ve met. She was very flexible and was very responsive. The house was very clean and spacious. Everything was in great shape and everything was clean. The house was the perfect size for two families. There was so much to do because we were across the street from the beach and backyard to the bay. We were a short drive to the Bethany boardwalk as well as the outlets. We really enjoyed our stay. Kimmies great hospitality made the stay even more amazing.

Very well maintained home in a nice location. Property was just as described, and perfect for a larger family. Appreciated the use of beach essentials (chairs, umbrella) so we didn’t need to bring. Great place!
Great vacation! The home was very clean and the setup really made it easy for us to settle into like a second home. Nice cookware and other items to use throughout the home. The room layout was perfect for our family. Great location and easy access to the beach just over coastal highway. The home included many beach chairs, an umbrella and wagons that were all great quality and in good condition so we did not have to pack any for the trip. The community pool was nice and quiet for a little afternoon break. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had and even sent a list of things to do in the area. At the home there was a very organized book of restaurants and other things to do in the area - so helpful! Yes it is close to coastal highway so you can hear cars more on the lower levels on that side but we expected it and it did not bother us. Look forward to returning next year!
