About this space
Enjoy a seaside holiday at this great place with lots of room for fun. This amazing home is just minutes away from the beach, surrounding you with plenty of things to do close by but in a quiet street away from the nearby town of Birchington.
We offer the very highest of standards and the quality, adhering to stringent cleaning measures with hotel quality linens, fresh towels, self check-in and 24/7 Guest support.
The space
A charming, fully equipped and modernized bungalow with a garden and gated drive. In a quiet location just a 6 minutes walk from Minnis Bay's beach and crabbing pool, with crab nets and other beach equipment available in the shed.
As you enter the home you will find a spacious living area where you can relax in front of the fireplace and watch TV after your busy day at the seaside. In the living room you will find DVDs and board games for evenings full of fun!
Just off the living area there is a large kitchen with access to the garden. The kitchen has everything you will need to ensure an easy and enjoyable stay, it is equipped with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and a toaster.
Carrying on through the property you will find a family a bathroom with a toilet and a shower over the bath. As well as two good size bedrooms, one with a double bed and a stunning fireplace. The second bedroom contains a set of bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top, both bedrooms have space to store your belongings during your stay.
This home has a lovely garden that wraps around the property, including outdoor garden seating and private off-street parking.

This property comes equipped with the following:
2 dishwasher tablets, 2 washing machine tablets, 1 washing up liquid, 1 Antibacterial spray, 1 Kitchen roll, enough toilet roll for at least 2-3 days, 2 black bin liners, 2 white bin liners.
We also provide all bed linen, bath and hand towels, bath matt and toiletries for guests.

Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. Thank you for your understanding.
Accidents happen, so If during your stay any breakages occur, please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements may be provided in time for the next guest's arrival.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
