We enjoyed our 3-night stay in this cute apartment. Bed was comfortable, place had all we needed and was located within walking distance of cocktail and dinner options. We had great experiences at Adios across the street, The Essential next door and Pizza Grace downstairs. Great weekend!

Great location
Overall a good visit. The unit is a good home base for exploring Birmingham and there are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The very comfortable bed was appreciated each evening. The unit needs new towels and bedspread, a few more coffee cups, and a noise machine or fan. Luckily, we're both in good shape, so we were able to get up from the futon, but it's really pretty low to the floor for us retired folks. 😅 The owner is replacing the television in the living room today but it was out while we were there.

Gorgeous condo in amazing location!
We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous condo in a beautiful, renovated building in the historic downtown. Easy walking distance to amazing restaurants. Condo was clean and the property manager, Charles, was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and we would love to visit again!

It was nice
I liked this condo. It was nice, pretty clean and accessible. The parking was a little bit confusing but if you park on the side street, it’s all good. The first couple of days we arrived, the elevator was broken so that was not great. One of the residents informed us of the broken elevator. But other than that, it was pretty good. Would I go back? Sure. I would. :)
