The Space:
Welcome to our tranquil lakeside condo, a harmonious blend of modern amenities and natural beauty situated in the heart of Bloomington, Indiana. Our condo comfortably accommodates four guests with two spacious bedrooms, each boasting luxurious beds for restful sleep, ample storage space, and private access to tastefully updated bathrooms featuring modern showers and bathtubs.
Unfurl in our open-concept living area, complete with a full kitchen equipped with top-notch appliances and kitchenware, designed for your gourmet cooking desires. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dedicated workspace serves as a perfect spot for those combining work and play, while the stylish living room, thriving with natural light and complimented by a decorative fireplace creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment.
Unwind in the private screened patio on the upper level, offering spectacular views of Lake Monroe. Alternatively, retreat to the lower level balcony, which comes equipped with hammocks and a private gate for an exclusive tranquility spot with the murmur of nature as your lullaby.
Guest Access:
Your stay includes unrestricted access to the entire condo, offering you complete privacy, excluding one locked owner utility storage closet. It comes with easy self-check-in via a smart lock and ample public parking right in front of the unit. For a small fee, guests with boats or jet skis can conveniently park at the Eagle Pointe Golf Club’s boat storage area.

Bloomington, home to Indiana University (Only a short 12 mile drive) , is a vibrant city known for its cultural and recreational offerings. The property is located in a gated community. There is a 18 hole championship golf course Eagle Pointe, community pool, walking trails, basketball courts, and a bar/grill, Sahms (Delivery Available) that are all located in the community.
Four winds marina is less than 5 mins away and offers boat rentals and has a restaurant / bar as well.
Fairfax boat ramp is 3.2 miles away.

There is a large parking lot in front of the unit for ample parking.

This property is equipped with exterior security cameras located at the main entrance. These are actively monitored to ensure a secure and comfortable stay. Additionally, we have a Minut sensor inside the home in the main living area that tracks sound levels and smoke detection but does not record audio. Tampering with the cameras or sensor will result in additional fees.
