Come stay at our adorable nautical style cottage in the center of Historic Old Town Bluffton! A stones throw from Calhoun Street and the Promenade where you will find restaurants, boutiques and art galleries. Enjoy the family parks nearby where you will find the Farmers Market on Thursdays to get a taste of the Lowcountry. You will love this location... we are a short drive from golf and beaches of Hilton Head Island, Beaufort and Savannah GA. Take a water taxi across the May River to Palmetto Bluff or Daufuskie Island. Enjoy our charming front porch under spanish moss live oaks.
We have plenty of parking for a boat trailer of any size in the adjacent lot with the May River accessible by the Oyster Factory boat dock less than 1/2 mile away. Bicycle and golf cart rentals available nearby.

Charming respite
My husband and I came to Old Bluffton to visit nearby family for the holidays. The location was perfect for walking around and enjoying the decorations and quaint shops. The home could not have been more perfect for us. It’s quiet, clean as a whistle and charming with a little front porch. Loved our stay!

Lovely cottage in a great location
Perfectly decorated and in a fantastic location in Old Town Bluffton. My husband and I stayed for a few nights with our daughter over the holidays and it was the perfect place for our Basecamp while we visited family nearby. Check in was super easy and the cottage was impeccable.

Very comfortable cottage, convenient to old town on a quiet side street. The check in process was simple. The well thought out design was very warm and inviting. Designated parking spaces were a plus. Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. Although the weather made our stay a little short, Andrea was excellent at communicating and helping out. I would definitely recommend bc of the relaxing front porch, coastal interiors, and great location!

Perfect Location!
My husband and I traveled to Bluffton for a job interview. Andrea went above and beyond for us and was accommodating when our plans changed and allowed us to book another evening with ease. The location is WONDERFUL as we were able to walk all of Old Town from the property. I LOVED the nautical theme of the house and everything was very clean and welcoming. Andrea's welcome book had great suggestions for local dining and activities as well. When in Bluffton, I HIGHLY recommend this perfect property!

Love it!!
Very nice place to stay, perfect if you have a boat because the lot next door belongs to owner, so we had a safe place to park our boat. Very close a public boat ramp. Lots of shops within walking distance. Not crowded. Will be staying again!

My friend & I really enjoyed staying at Nauti-Jayne! It was neat, clean, great amenities and delightfully decorated. Porch was a great hang-out. Very close to great restaurants & charming shops. We were lucky to be in Bluffton when farmer’s market was in town.

Jersey girls enjoy old town Bluffton
The Naughty Jayne was so fabulous - 5 stars are not enough. The location was perfect - everything within walking distance. It was so nice to return “home” each day to a cozy comfortable house. We fell in love with the house and the town. Getting in touch with the host was easy and quick. The decor is perfect . Only wish we had more time. Would love to come back when the weather is a bit warmer. I will recommend to all friends and family. Can’t rave about it enough! Thank you
