Cette maison se trouve sur une falaise directement au-dessus de l'océan. Asseyez-vous dans le salon avec une vue à 180 degrés de l'océan, entendez les vagues en roulant, regardez les oiseaux de proie atterrir sur un cyprès, et les cerfs, renards et autres animaux sauvages se nourrissent sur la colline. De temps en temps, voyez une baleine ou un dauphin nageant au large de la rive. Au crépuscule, regardez le coucher de soleil pendant que vous faites le dîner dans la cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils. Plus tard, regardez la lune et les étoiles sortir pendant que vous vous détendez au son des vagues.

Amazing views and wonderful stay!
We love this home. We've stayed here twice within the year (different seasons) and each time we've enjoyed our stay. Short-term rentals are not always well-appointed or well thought out and you end up needing to bring most items or do without, like camping, but this home has supplies and conveniences galore. For example, my husband loves to cook and kept exclaiming, they have this and this... it made our stay that much more enjoyable. We've previously visited with friends but this stay, we brought our son (teenager) and my mother-in-law. Each person appreciated the home in their own way. And the view, AMAZING!!! Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Beautiful Beach House
The house is beautifully decorated and well-stocked with most everything you need to get started. Gorgeous view of the beach and close enough to hear the waves. They have a couple beach chairs and plenty of beach towels for guest use. Beds were comfortable, and bedding was clean. A couple windows were missing screens, and it was hot enough that we needed them open. Showers and bathroom floors could’ve been cleaner. At this price point, I expect them to be spotless. Overall, it was a lovely home, and we enjoyed it for a couple nights on our Northern California road trip.

Let’s do it again !
We loved the house from the first minute until we said goodbye. Very clean - everything we needed was there. The view of the beach was like a green screen. It was so amazing. Very comfortable for our family. Put the kids up in the loft and they had plenty of space with even better view than the first floor, love that the temperatures at the beach were cooler than those 30 minute inland so we did both usually every day. We had the beach to walk on, very medicinal. And then we had the river and Guerneville to hang out in shorts and tank tops. We plan on repeating the next year. Everybody in the family had a great time and a big part of that was the house!

Perfect Beach House
This property is in a fabulous location between Bodega Bay and Jenner. The views are spectacular and the house is equipped with everything you need to have a memorable stay. The host was extremely available and accommodating.

The view!
We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the sunsets! We had everything we needed! The home was upgraded and cozy at the same time. The beach was close and never with a lot of people even though it was a holiday week. Will definitely be back again!

Amazing location and view! Book it before someone else does!
This property has an amazing view and is recently updated. Very clean. Nice amenities. We were two families staying here for a long weekend. The kids slept in the loft area and the two adult couples each had a room. The beach access is a 2 minute walk from the front door of the home. Please note that it does require walking along a pathway next to Highway 1 for about 50 feet, and then through the paved entrance to the Duncan’s Landing parking lot, and then down to the beach. This was a minor setback for us because at our kids’ ages, we did not trust them to make this walk alone so we were not able to “set them free” to play on the beach while we watched from the deck, but this is a personal problem and not the fault of the property. I only bring it up for future families to be aware of. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. BBQ and washer/dryer are very handy to have. Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!!

my partner and I, and my parents, loved this place. the unmarred views of the beach, the rocks, the ocean are hard to beat, and the house itself was appointed wonderfully. comfortable and lovely at the same time. Natalie was so responsive and warm whenever we had a question. we felt immediately at home while also feeling like we were someplace very very special. truly lovely.

Beautiful Beach House
A beautiful beach house with an incredible view. The house is very clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean and beach are stunning and it’s only a short walk down to the beach below. Close to Jenner and Bodega Bay. My husband, daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend staying here. Would definitely recommend!

Wow, what a property. The view is amazing. My wife and I traveled with another couple. Both bedrooms were super comfortable. The kitchen is excellent. What really sets this property off is the light thru the expanse of windows and again the view of the Pacific. We couldn’t have been happier staying there.

Comfortable, Well Appointed home with Stunning views of the Pacific
The home was very comfortable & spacious for the 3 of us (though would work just as well for 2 couples). It was clean and we felt the owners had been thoughtful in their attention to detail and provision of amenities. The one car garage was useful. All in all we enjoyed our stay here. One suggestion : the instruction manual with the garage door opener should be in a more visible location.

Everything about this house and the experience were amazing. We were celebrating our Moms 80th birthday. From the moment we walked through the door and saw the ocean to the time we had to leave, we were blown away by this home! All our needs were met! This house did surpassed our expectations!
